lying staff who direct you to pay at the machine in the middle which is number 3 from 5 as you can see cash and card and when you get there that machine does not accept cash! IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME !!! AT customer service i wait in que and when was my turn: she ( young lady) tells me: sorry! THIS is, TESCO from Yeading!!! not interested and you can't complain and special don’t care about people with HEALTH PROBLEM !!!. other ordinary people come insensibly and interfere with your discussion without your accept!!! A small trick from TESCO to force people with COMPLIAN TO RUN FROM desk !!! lack of humanity! lack of respect! some people are treated like wild animals! shame!!!

For me 0.01 car cleaning 0 just polishing with oil or something outside it's OK. Stolen my tyres pressure sensor (2 month old) replaced with some dirty thinks definitely not a mine. Overall don't trust this guys!!!

Seen the latest reviews. I have been awaiting a response for a warranty issue. After looking online, Company's House say the went into Administration on 22.03.22. Shame really as they had done some excellent work on two other incidents, now it looks like I will need to pay to get this done again.

Completely unresponsive since I got my quote!

I required a quote for a repair to be approved by my insurance company, once I got the approval and confirmed with them I wanted to proceed with the repair they became unresponsive via email, phone. I kept trying for over a week. I don’t know what happened but I only went to them to avoid the excess charges of a “proper” body shop. I would avoid these types of pop up shop centres. I wasted weeks chasing these guys. Extremely disappointing!

Submitted details for an estimate: no response.
Emailed to ask: no response.
Phoned: automated message saying they are unavailable.

Left me wondering if they are still in business.

Web site now suspended - I think the must have gone bust.

Whilst there are many comments praising the quality of work trying to get an estimate has proved impossible.

Having filled in the online form and attaching photos/videos I got an email to let me know that their visual assessor would look at damage and they would get back to me.

A week on and no further contact, a reply to their email has gone unanswered and trying to call on either number gets an automated response that they are unavailable and to ring in office hours, that's what I was doing.

A visit to their repair centre and it was closed.

I have found another company that actually wants the work.

Took my car to the Doncaster Branch (Harworth) after arranging appt online. At Doncaster the staff member was very personable and efficiently went over the damage to my bumper. Took my car to be repaired at arranged time. The work done to my car was of the highest order, the large dent was not visible at all and the paint job was excellent, well matched to the car colour (Metallic Blue). All in all very happy with the service I received at the Doncaster branch and I would wholeheartedly recommend the service.

Faultless service and quality of work. From booking the work in to picking the car up everything was perfect.

Especially impressed with the workmanship the technician assigned to my job. Carl was excellent...a tricky repair job made to look easy. Couldn't be happier with the finish!

The whole experience was fab from start to finish. Dave fox did a fantastic repair to two dents in my Suzuki car door and matched the paint superbly. Would definitely recommend xpressrepaircentres to every one that needs efficient repairs done to a vehicle. Very happy customer.

Had some damage caused by an idiot with a supermarket shopping trolley while my car was unattended. Xpress Centres at Gloucester St Oswalds Tesco repaired it to a great standard in just a few hours. Would definitely use again. Great service

Waste of time, submitted images for online quote. Two weeks later nothing. Only two stars as they emailed for additional images, which were supplied, but never received a reply

Very pleased with repair carried out. There was a 8 inch scratch on nearside rear panel which is now completely gone. I was told how long it would take and when repair would be finished excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend xpress centres.

Terry did a fantastic job repairing the car, looked as good as new. Very easy and reasonably price. Would highly recommend to anyone in Edinburgh needing cosmetic repairs

Took my car for repair and respray to one of these pop up places in derby . Wow I was well impressed . The place was clean and tidy the guy there was informative and friendly . The price was better than a back street garage I went to . Quality was outstanding . Would use again if required .

Terry did a fantastic job. My side door and wing had been knocked into cause a huge dent along the side, I thought the only way to fix it would be new parts. A day with Terry and it looks as good as new!

Avoid Avoid Avoid, I have waited almost 2 months for the appointment and finally on the appointment day when I took my car for repair I was told the technician is off sick and I have to wait until March for the next appointment. So I have to wait 4 months to do a small repair ( from Dec 2021 first week to March 2022). Good trading standards. 👎
