I’m truly sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a response from the A&R. We know how frustrating that can be. We do have a robust refund system in place that should trigger automatically if the A&R doesn’t reply, so we’d like to make this right for you.

Could you please email us at hey@xposuremusic.com with your booking details? We’ll look into this immediately and ensure you receive your refund. Sometimes refunds appear as a reversal rather than a credit, so they may not show up as a separate transaction on your statement.

Regarding the issue of not receiving a reply, our refund policy is designed to protect our artists in such instances, ensuring that if there's no response within 7 days, a full refund is processed. Based on our records, we have confirmed that your refund has been issued, and we hope this resolves any immediate financial concerns.

While we strive to provide a platform for artists to be heard by influential A&R executives, the nature of the music industry means that not all interactions will lead to signing opportunities.
