The staff are always friendly and helpful, I never have problems finding what I need even on the website. This is my go to for any of my table top needs.

Product arrived missing parts. To their credit the seller did offer a refund. I enquired why the seller couldn't go to the distributor (Asmodee) to request the missing parts on my behalf. (This is what happened on the one previous occasion I've had this issue of missing parts with a different seller). No reply to my email until I chased it a week later, and then they explained that because they no longer stock the product they wouldn't try to get the missing part and I should send back if I want a refund. I've subsequently gone to Asmodee myself and am in the 3 month waiting list... Asmodees issues are not the fault of the retailer but I had hoped that a retailer who was willing to at least try and obtain the missing part might have more luck/ leverage with Asmodee. At the very least offering to try and obtain the replacement parts would have given a greater impression that they care. The retailer was clearly reluctant to do this. It's not the retailer's fault that the product had missing pieces but I felt they could have done more to rectify the situation than ask me to send it back for a refund. Personally doubt I'll be using them again - maybe this is an area of customer service that others won't be as bothered as me by, but as I keep getting pestered to share my experience on trustpilot I thought I should just give an honest review.

Very fast delivery, well packaged, great price

Ordered 2 Games Workshop items, one being a set of dice.

One of the dice was damaged, emailed them to say it had been damaged. Got a prompt reply to say that they would contact GW to get a replacement. But then went cold and have heard nothing for weeks. Followed up last week but no reply still. Bit disappointed with the response. Otherwise the service was fine.

Really pleased with XPG. Prices so good I had to google to make sure they were legit! I can happily state that I got exactly what I was looking for, at the cheapest price online, and didn’t have to wait long for the parcel. From now on XPG will be the first place I go to.
