I do like this brand but when I didnt like a particular product and left a review for it it did not get through only good reviews go through

I adore xo beauty products they are great quality and fast shipping.
I know I can trust the company because shaaanxo is a down to earth honest person.
I would however love to see the writing on products not in white againest a pale background as its really hard to read.

Xo beautyshop is really easy to navigate and search for the products you need. I really enjoy when Shannon uses her products on her platforms and shows us the quality of her products and also how to use it so when you go buy you already have the knowledge. This company has really thought through how to market and their products are A+. I haven’t brought a product from xo beauty that I don’t like!

Xobeauty team is awesome
The website is so easy to navigate, I ordered a lot of products. They all got sent super quickly, all packaged really nicely. I had an issue with one of my sponges a couple weeks later and the customer service team replied so quickly and replaced it straight away. It was sent on the same day as my first email was sent.

Absolutely LOVE shopping from here!! I’ve ordered multiple sets of lashes and I keep coming back because I can always trust they are going to be good! The lash glue is INSANE too!!! Consistently impressive products and service!
I love that I always know exactly what I’m getting with xoBeauty! Shannon’s videos on YouTube give me the perfect overview, and I can always count on reviews to provide additional insights. My favorite product is actually the solid brush cleaner! While I love the makeup, the true stars are the makeup brushes. Such great quality! Additionally, shipping information is transparent and accurate, which rounds out the entire experience.
