طلبت سحب مبلغ 629 دولار أمريكي من حسابي لدى XM (رقم الحساب: 410521941) بتاريخ 04 مارس 2026.
أكدت شركة XM أن عملية السحب قد تمّت "Processed"، إلا أن المبلغ لم يصل إلى حسابي البنكي حتى الآن.
لقد تواصلت مع الدعم عدة مرات، لكنني تلقيت ردوداً عامة فقط، دون تقديم أي إثبات رسمي للتحويل مثل نسخة SWIFT.
لقد تجاوز هذا التأخير أكثر من شهر، وهذا أمر غير مقبول. أطلب من XM حل هذه المشكلة فوراً.
كما قدمت شكوى رسمية إلى Financial Ombudsman بسبب عدم الرد والتأخير في تسليم أموالي.

My account is with them. I made a deposit, made profit and submitted withdrawal through the same method from which i deposited. But they rejected and refused and asked me to use crypto method because they knew i only had 38usd and could not withdraw it using usdt. So i did this, i gambled it all away and closed my account with these crap people. Also, they dont have any support team its just two Pakistani scammers operating from Dubai under fake English aliases NEVER USE THEIR SHIT PLATFORM IF YOU'RE BECOMING A PROFITABLE TRADER.

Worst experience ever I trading with xm i have made an Upi deposit on 31/3 . I have deposited 2 same amount transaction they only credited on of them in my account i am keep raising the question there is no customer support L service by there side i have all the proofs still my issue is not resolved

I have been trading with XM broker for a long time now deposited large amount and took many withdrawals I was happy with the broker, So i switched from exness to XM, Lately I've started to realise it was a huge mistake

I have been trading Ultra low account for a long time and never faced any issues but this time it seems they don't care anymore, I requested a $102 Withdrawal after some losses I felt like i want my money out for this month and as usual placed the withdrawal
Now it has been 3 days since I have no credit to my bank account Here on XM app it shows processed to my bank account which is not true
I just have to say I thought XM will be the new Legend broker in India but its going down the drain
Please team handle your customer experience with utmost care because you know what happens when you dont care about the hard earned money of the account holders - They leave you

36 days since my 30K deposit is missing. XM is a fraud Broker who takes credit of being no 1 since last 15 years.
In reality it is the No1 Fraud Broker since last 15 years.

They dont take any responsibity whatsoever just tell you that we will update you when the concerned department completes investigation , if you face a missing deposit issue dont expect a resolution i wont say they intensionally steal your money but hardly care if there is a missing deposit

They don’t trigger tp set you have to manually close it even if you set a tp zone but they are quick to trigger stop losses

Eles estão nos enrolando e oferecendo suporte genérico enquanto meu capital está restrito devido aos problemas de processamento de pagamento DELES. Já forneci todos os dados em inglês. Isso é uma quebra total de confiança. Resolvam isso imediatamente.

Please Do not open your account in xm. It is one way you can only deposit money in your Account. You can’t withdrawal from your account because they can’t connect under 1000 dollars account connect to live server.

This is one of the worst forex companies I've ever dealt with. Sometimes when I make a deposit, the money doesn't appear in my account until I file a complaint, and even then, it takes four or five days. My last withdrawal took more than 15 days, and I had to file a complaint every day due to technical problems. Their customer service is so bad that they can't provide any real help with any problem you have, and sometimes they close the chats between you and them or don't respond at all.

I deposited 9000 INR Through UPI payment on 11/03/2026 but amount was debited from my account but still not credited to my trading account or Bank account If I ask Support they tell only it is being under Investigated it has been already crossed for 17 days ago what f..k support team if they don't give my money I will raise Cyber complaint with Tag Finance minister should kick out from India XM scam

XM is the worst broker in the world. It feels like a fraudulent app. It has been 4 days since I requested a withdrawal, but the amount has still not been credited.

Their customer support is even worse — they don’t respond at all. Please keep your money safe and do not use this broker. These people are not trustworthy.

I have made UPI deposit of INR 16000 through UPI.

The most frustrating.part is that payment verification is successful on the XM's vendor side but the amount is not creditedyet.There is a constant problem of deposit especiaally methods like UPI or Bank transfer.Please help me locate my funds and make them available.

Update:-

After 64 hours on 03/29/2026, my deposit is been processed and showing in account now.
I have been in constant touch with the support team through live chat option and requesting each one of them to expedite the process.

But will request everyone to deposit through crypto methods on XM but pls dont rely on UPI or Bank Transfers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XM Global regarding the suspension of my trading account.
I received an email stating that my account was terminated due to a login from a different device. However, this claim is incorrect, as I have been consistently using the same device for nearly two years. This sudden action, without proper verification or clear evidence, came as a complete shock.
What is most concerning is the lack of transparency and proper investigation before taking such a serious decision. As a trader, trust and reliability are very important, and situations like this raise serious concerns about how client accounts are handled.
I strongly urge XM Global to review my case thoroughly and provide clear and accurate information regarding this matter. I also hope they improve their communication and verification processes to avoid similar issues for other clients in the future.
At this stage, I am dissatisfied with the service and handling of my account.

I am frustrated with my experience on XM. This is the second time I am facing the same deposit issue.

I made a deposit through UPI, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my XM trading account. This is not a one-time mistake — it’s a repeated problem, which clearly shows poor payment handling.

The most disappointing part is the support response. There is no proper update, no clear timeline, and no urgency from their side. As a trader, this directly affects my trades and opportunities, and such delays are unacceptable.

I have already provided all the required details including UTR number and payment proof, but the issue is still unresolved.

If this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

I strongly advise others to be careful while depositing funds, especially using UPI.

Very disappointed with this experience.

I had a very concerning experience with XM regarding a withdrawal of USD 40,100 from my account (ID: 113131869).

XM later adjusted my withdrawal citing an “abnormal pricing event” related to Altcoins_INDX on 11/01/2026. However, they have not provided any clear or verifiable evidence to support this claim.

There has been:
- No detailed trade calculation
- No audit trail or pricing data
- No transparency regarding how the adjustment amount was derived

They are referring to the delisting of FTN coin from Gate.io, but this is an external exchange issue. My trades were executed successfully on XM’s platform, so I do not understand why the client is being penalized for this.

I have requested detailed clarification multiple times, but the responses have been generic and do not address the core concerns.

Due to the lack of transparency and proper justification, I have escalated this matter to the Financial Services Commission Belize.

I hope XM will take responsibility and resolve this matter fairly
