Having discussed my mortgage products recently with Becki I write another review to reflect this. Becki offered some sound advice on current mortgage market and insurances which I will be taking up. Becki really does care about getting the right products to her clients and explains everything in layman terms so you can be confident you fully understand her advice and can make important, informed decisions.

I will never use any other financial services company as all of my interactions have been extremely positive - I would absolutely recommend XL Finance to anyone needing sound financial products and advice.

Becki at XL finance has been absolutely amazing, she has made buying our first house as smooth sailing as possible. She’s been there to help at all hours if I have had any questions or needed help. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Beck did my remortgage and I can’t recommend her enough! I thought my credit file was in good shape (dont use credit karma or creditscore) they dont show everything. Use checkmyfile as it shows up everything and you wont get caught with your pants down so to speak. The reason i say this is because i applied to Barclays after checking i met their criteria (or so i thought) to be declined. I then found Beck after my friends referred her and she saw the problem straight away. I had missed payments on my water. This was a genuine error, i thought my partner was paying it and he thought i was. We juggle 36 direct debits each month between us and haven’t missed payments on anything else, this was a genuine oversight. Anyway this meant finding the right provider with the best rate a challenge but Beck rose to it and got us sorted. She is a true professional and absolutely knows her market. I wont be going to anyone else in future. Thank you!

Really excellent service from start to finish. We had a tricky situation and had a really bad experience with a developer. Becki helped us at every stage with no stress at all, and managed to get our mortgage transferred to a deferent property after the inevitable fall out with the new-build developer. Even managed to extend the time period so we had no rush in securing the property we had found instead. Everything worked out perfectly in the end, and would not have been possible without the help of Becki.

We have been using Becki's services for years now ie. mortgage, remortgage, wills, life insurance. From the start we was put at ease with Becki's no pressure and professional approach. We love that we are always given options with a clear break down which are thoroughly explained. Prompt replies to calls, texts, voice message and emails. Becki has done our children's mortgages and has been kept in the family which has expanded to recommendations to their partners family.. I would not hesitate to recommend Becki. Not sure what we would have done without Becki!
Having absolutely no knowledge or understanding of mortgages, what we need what we don’t need etc I was worried about buying a house!
And then becki came along! We never had to worry, we didn’t have any concerns! Becki explained everything for simply for us to understand and ensured we had every option available to us!
