Avoid Xiaomistore.pk – Faulty Product, Zero Accountability
My experience with Xiaomistore.pk was completely unacceptable and I strongly advise others to stay far away.
I received a product that was clearly defective right out of the box. Instead of offering a proper apology or a responsible solution, their customer service told me I could either repair it myself or send it back at my own expense. The return and reship process would have cost me 25 percent of the product’s original price, and even then there was no guarantee that the item would actually be replaced with a new one or even properly repaired.
To avoid wasting more money and time, I ended up repairing it myself with my own money. A few months later, the product completely stopped working. Thankfully it was only a cheap lighter, but this entire experience raised serious concerns about the quality of their products and the reliability of their service.
I would never trust them with a more expensive purchase. The situation made me question where they source their products and whether there is any proper quality control in place. Their after-sales support is virtually nonexistent and customer satisfaction clearly is not a priority.
Buy at your own risk. If something goes wrong, do not expect help. I will never shop here again and I strongly suggest others avoid this store.
