Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond Expectations
I received absolutely amazing service from this company. Paul in particular was outstanding.
I had a Xerox printer that looked like a complete write-off, especially with Xerox restricting access to replacement parts. Paul truly went the extra mile. We sent him the main board, he quickly diagnosed the fault, identified the exact parts required, and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing expert support and exceptional service.

It was nice working with this company
It was nice working with this company. Part was perfect for what I needed. However, the only thing that would have made it better would have been to include instructions on how to replace the part.

Exceptionally good experience
The whole ordering experience was exceptional, and the part was shipped immediately. We ordered over a holiday period, followed by very poor weather, but regardless the part arrived quickly.

We've been frequently purchasing Xerox consumables and parts from Xentair and have been thoroughly impressed. They consistently strive to exceed expectations, delivering orders promptly and maintaining a high standard of service. While their prices are highly competitive, it's their exceptional service that truly stands out. The only downside is their limited selection, as they don't stock parts for some of our other equipment.

Extra customs fee costs more than object itself
It's a pity that for an object of 20 pounds, I have to pay another 30 pounds of customs (that I was not aware of) before it can be delivered to me.

Hello Raf. We're sad to see a 3 star review for something that is totally out of our control. There are notices on the cart and checkout pages, and it's also in the terms and conditions that you agreed to. Unfortunately, when you buy things from outside of your country, customs and duties are always payable. Sometimes they go through unnoticed, but often there is a fee to pay. It's just how international trade works. We're always here if you need parts for your machine though, and if you need anything else, just contact us first so we can quote the delivery with all the duties and taxes paid for you. Thank you

Taxes de douane
Entreprise basé au Royaume uni. C'était la seule proposant une pièce détachée dont j'avais besoin. Chère, mais la commande en elle-même s'est bien passée, comme la livraison. Toutefois le site annonçait livrer en Europe toutes taxes incluses, hors j'ai eu un supplément de 15 euros à payer(frais de douanes) pour obtenir mon colis. Dommage cela gâche l'expérience avec ce vendeur qui va dire je présume que des frais de douanes ne sont pas une taxe. Une alerte aurait été la bien venue

Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez dû payer des frais de douane. Ceci est normal lors de l'achat de pièces détachées à l'étranger et est indépendant de notre volonté. Notre site web n'indique pas que la livraison est exempte de droits de douane, mais plusieurs mentions sur la page du panier précisent que des droits de douane et des taxes peuvent être exigibles à l'entrée du colis dans votre pays. Par exemple : « Le Royaume-Uni n'est plus membre de l'Union européenne. Par conséquent, en tant que destinataire, vous pourriez avoir à payer des droits d'importation, des taxes et des prélèvements si vous recevez un colis en provenance du Royaume-Uni.» Nous ne comprenons donc pas où vous avez lu que les droits et taxes étaient à notre charge. Si vous aviez choisi l'option DDP (Droits Protégés), nous prenions en charge tous les frais. Or, vous avez opté pour Royal Mail, qui ne propose pas cette option.
