Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. Wait, I take that back. I don’t know how customer service is because they have never responded to any of my chats or emails.
The seat front is pointed up and cause numbness pretty quickly for the gentlemen. I was experiencing issues 10-15 minutes into a ride before I adjusted my seat with washers in the back.
A ticking noise has started inside the cube and customer service has yet to respond to any solutions.
Do they say money back if not satisfied? Sure. Will they help you send the unit back? It’s anyone’s guess.
It’s hard to recommend this product since communication is so bad and the seat needed to be configured outside of the manufacturer’s set up. For $6-700 and a self-touted ‘luxury’ label, I expected way more.
