not great but not a scam
deposited before reading all the horror stories on here. quickly ran up my initial deposit to 10k, cashed out, then read these reviews and was like oh boy am I ever gonna see this $? the rollover process on the deposit bonus is ridiculously hard to get and they do this weird thing where you only get the profit on your bonus wagers (you don't get the initial stake back even if you win). but i got there, cashed out, and after about 9 days, I got my wire transfer payout. its much easier to cash out on bovada than here but I was pleased that they did eventually pay me.
also, lol @ the xbet moderator who keeps copy pasting responses that "we could not find your account exists" to everyone on here, obviously people aren't posting their account and personal details on an anonymous review site, seeing you do that made me even more suspicious of your site.
but, in conclusion, while not perfect this site was not a scam.

I did three withdrawals no problem over a few months, then they lowered my bet maximum to $1 and refused to let me withdraw my remaining balance.

I've used many books and this is my first horrible experience. I placed a wager for a unit (1 Unit is %99 of my wagers). The next morning when I checked my account the same bet was placed FOUR extra times. I contacted customer support and explained to them the situation. Whoever I talked to did not care what so ever and ended the chat because he knew they were wrong. So many good books out there so avoid this one at all costs.

However I came back to the website and said could you reopen my account, they said sure and we talked for a while and I said its fine for me to return. Do not use X-bet. They've scammed me out of my deposit after using their deposit bonus. Their 'risk department' decided to lock my account for fraud despite my payment coming from my verified Skrill account that is in my name. As we all know Skrill transactions can't be reversed, so they decided to secure themself the bag and just lock my account. Not only that, but while I was actually using the site to play, the "Left to wager" counter kept resetting, so I would never be able to hit the target amount. Can't stress this enough: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

NOBODY DEPOSIT HERE: THIS IS A THIEF GROUP.

I deposit here 2 times in september. One time I'm verificated myself. I made about 15-20 bet, and after I didn't log in my account, and didn't see my e-mail for 2 months. I used a new e-mail for them, not my business mail.

They send me an email in oktober, that I have to make a video verification. After 2-4 days they send a new mail, I have to do the verification within 3 days. I saw it december, and I sent my skype ID.

They locked my account, because I didn't answer their e-mail within 1 week. I read the General Terms and Conditions, and nowhere this information, so they do this just for my money ( i deposited 700 euro).

They didn't answer my e-mail. I wrote to the live support, she said I am a fraud, because I didnt answer their e-mail within 7 days. I asked her which rules include it, but just say she couldn't tell more. And she said I have to write an e-mail.

It is annoying, because after this speaking I don't see the live support opportunity in their website. I asked my friend see their website another IP address.. Surpise,surprise m.therf.cker, he see the online chat opportunity.

So this site stole my money, because I didn't answer an e-mail within one week, and they haven't got this kind of rule..
