Wydr Studio’s what can I say! Customer service was truly Amazing! Thank you for your quick email response and assisting me with getting in contact with the carrier for my package. Although I wasn’t able to get may package re delivered as soon as I informed you about it you apologized for the inconvenience and started my refund process right away. Thank you so much for being professional and making my unfortunate experience to be great at the end! I thank you ☺️

I initially bought my shoes with my regular size but quickly realized I needed to go down a size. I emailed WYDR support and they were responsive and gave me no issues with exchanging. The exchange process was easy for the most part, just printed the shipping label then dropped off at my local UPS. Got my exchange within a week of sending my initial pairs. I look forward to getting other shoes from them. They are comfortable and even when my feet swell, it doesn’t hurt.

The shoes are great but the customer service is unresponsive and chose a terrible carrier that I’d never heard of who also won’t respond. If you get the wrong order or your package is “undeliverable” best of luck because this company doesn’t care

My purchased shoes were a little too big in the back so I contacted customer support. They were amazing and quickly started the return process! Waiting for the properly sized pair now but I'm very happy with my first WYDR experience.

My shoes are gorgeous, fit well, and are comfortable! The items I purchased are true to the pictures and descriptions.

As a woman with wide feet, I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable, well-fitting footwear. I ordered a pair of winter ankle boots from Wydr, and I love them. They fit perfectly, are comfortable enough to wear in the office all day, and handle the snow and ice really well. Highly recommended for people with wide feet looking for quality and comfort.

I now have two paird of Wydr boots. I have an ankle injury, which means I must wear heels, and if it's a boot it has to have a zipper as my ankle won't bend into a regular boot. All this plus a job on my feet as a teacher, wide calves, and feet which swell means I need a unicorn of a shoe! I have found that Unicorn twice now in Wydr boots! They are easy to put on that zipper pull is amazing. They fit my fashion needs and are comfortable all day long! I am not aching to get out of my boots at the end of the day! I wear my Reba boots nearly daily and have been for months I still love them. My newer Jolene boots were perfect for go Texan day, and while all my colleagues were kicking off their boots at the end of the day I was still comfortable and happy in mine.

The shoes were extremely big. I typically wear a 10 1/2 double wide. These were size 10, so I re-ordered in a smaller size.
The issue I had was with trying to return the size 10 you have to request a return then they want you to take pictures of your feet in the shoes that don’t fit basically jump through a whole bunch of hoops. I still don’t have my return mailing label. The shoes are nice. I would never go through this process again.

Great customer service. Had to exchange and return and they responded back at a reasonable time.

I purchased the Reese low heel classic loafers but they are too long. I purchased their heel cushion and it was still big. These heel cushions stay in place and do not shift when walking. The width was perfect and the insoles really help with a more comfortable fit however the length was too big for me. When I wear them with thick socks the fit is good. But when I wear them with thin no show socks they are too long.

I really wanted to just adore the shoes I received. I got the Nomad sneaker and the Jenna Oxfords.
The good: They are both just adorable! Fashionable shoes that are more than wide enough for me! I just was gobsmacked. They are well made and leather is good. Quality of both pairs are great. Delivery was fast and precise.

The not as good: I had to take out most of the padding on the inside in order to get orthotics in - and it just made the shoes feel very thin to the ground. I am going to try putting in a bit of padding - but otherwise, it feels a bit of foot on cement.

The sneakers are great and I do think they will work out very well the more I wear them.
I was hoping to adore the oxfords - but even they fell a bit narrow across the big toe joints.

Overall - they are wonderful and I will be keeping them both.

These shoes surprisingly fit very well. For years I’ve worn black sneakers with everything (dresses included) because I couldn’t find shoes with good enough to support to last me through a full function. These shoes completely changed the game for me.

I had issues with sizing and the company was quick to respond and solve the issues and were more than happy to help.

I have several pairs of Wydr shoes - I am definitely a fan. The ONLY two things that keep my review from being a perfect five -
Sizing for the loafers. In my experience you must go up at least one size for loafers compared to the other style of shoes
Why all the wine colored shoes? Who wears wine in summer? PLEASE cut back on the wine color and make more blue shoes!

My experience with Wydrs Studios has been extremely disappointing due to poor customer service and delays in the return process. I initially requested return labels on March 2. On March 3, I promptly confirmed my address and even provided screenshots of my order confirmation as requested by their support team.

Despite following every instruction given, I still did not receive the return labels. In an email dated March 6 at 11:18 PM, I was told that the labels would be sent on Monday. As of March 10, I still had not received the return labels for the two orders.

The lack of follow through and the continued delay in resolving a simple return request is frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for something that was already promised. I hope the company improves its customer service and response time because this experience has left a very negative impression.

Truly a wide width shoe! I will say that I wish I would’ve taken into account how much my size would be impacted by having a real wide width; I still need to return my first purchase to exchange for a full size smaller!

The products are shipped and packed beautifully with extras most retailers charge you to receive.
I have been waiting for the sneakers and cute stylish ones not just white. I love them, not heavy like others and my toes have wiggle room. No need to get a men's size to have the appropriate width and toe box room. Since they are lighter than my New Balance, I'm adjusting I feel like a toddler learning new shoes. I ordered two colors and can't wait to get a pair of shoes or boots next. If you're on the fence, get them the toe box is wide and the sole feels great.

My first purchase did not disappoint. I finally found a true wide width shoe that adjusts to account for my normal with heel. I have a second pair ordered and am crossing my fingers for the same quality and comfort

I had to try out a bunch of sizes and styles of Wydr shoes to find the right fit. The customer service team was eaay to reach and very responsive. It was easy to return and exchange items. The shoes are well made and come in a wide variety of sizes. I highly recommend Wydr shoes.
