I have been a customer for years and now their service is the worst it's ever been.I topped up my account but it didn't show so I got in touch with their customer who were very useless and rude.After one minutes phone call I get notified that my £20 top up has run out.

The fact that Talk Home runs on EE is a …
The fact that Talk Home runs on EE is a big plus, not to mention the new launch of 4G services. However, there are some minuses out there:
- Customer Service: if you send them an email, expect a behaviour similar to "let's bury our heads in the sand", meaning they won't bother replying to you
- Bundles: they are misleading! for instance, Freedom 10 promises 2GB, 500 minutes and "unlimited" texts. After you buy the bundle, you will have: 1.86 GB, 500 minutes, 3000 texts :(. So much for "unlimited" and the "2" GB of data...
- Checking your remaining allowance: you can't! Your online account will not display immediately after finishing a phone call/text/browsing the resources available, so you will not be able to see for real how many minutes/texts/MB you have left. This usually takes a day. There is also no possibility of sending a text to a short number to have this information available, they only say you can check your balance (in pounds and pence) by calling *579#, but that's it. If you want to know when your bundle will expire, forget about it! You won't be able to find this information either on your online account or by any other method, so you will have to calculate for yourself those 30 days (you need a good memory, too)
- Roaming: be aware that your bundle, although includes international minutes, will not allow you to use them while roaming and the same applies to data. You have to make sure you have enough balance (on top of your existing bundle) so you can be able to use your phone in roaming. The good thing is that they have now reduced the roaming rates as opposed to what they were charging a few months ago.

We have also added our new Freedom plans, as you mentioned. First, let's talk about allowances. If you have active apps running in the background on your phone, your data allowance will decrease from the moment you buy it. I can assure you that all the values we advertise are added in full when you buy them. Regarding texts, unlimited is unlimited. We add 3000 texts simply as a value, if you were to go over 3000 in a month you would not be charged. Feel free to call us on 579 to discuss how we can help to improve your experience further. Absolutely rubbish I bought £5 Talk home card and called my family in Kurdistan, the card says 280 minutes talk time but when I called the number it lasts 13 minutes only. Don't waste your money buy something else
