I have ordered a saree on October 23 through instagram in zoya clothing website and we have checked all the return policies I received the saree today Yesterday only and we are not satisfied with the product I would like to return the product. As I tried calling customer care they are not picking up the call

I would like to rate 0 for this. The saree what is ordered is of bad quality and never trust what you see in Instagram or anything. What yu get is different when yu receive. Amazon or Myntra is best option or go for offline shopping instead never buy from this store especially Zoya. Worst looked like old saree. Waste of money before buying saree see the reviewa

I have ordered one saree which got delivered but wrong one not as shown in the quality in site.
When I have written mail to support through mail which got bounced.i tried for 3 times but bounced.

They cheated me. I paid for two sarees but they sent only one. Moreover the quality of the saree is absolutely bad. They do not respond to your calls. Email id is not working. Email bounced back. They are thugs. Rob people of their hard earned money.

I ordered a red saree after watching the reel from Instagram. Waste of money and was very disappointed to receive a dull bad quality maroon saree. Just wasted 1000 rupees. Please stay away.

I ordered two sarees, out of which one saree is in a very bad state and has lot of stain spots on it. As per the refund policy I tried submitting the details for refund with video proof on the said email i.e. supportatzoyaclothingdotin within 5 days from the receival date of the order as per the given policy. However, the email never reached to this email as it has some errors. There is no contact number mentioned to call and ask for customer service. I feel that I have been tricked by Zoya clothing. If anyone from Zoya Clothing is reading this, should respond to this message. If I don't see any reply, then I have no choice but to report to the consumer court.

Zoua is a terrible website.
We ordered what we thought were white fox tracksuits.
The quality was so poor.

We have tried to contact them to request a refund however they are not responding via the live chat.
Live chat is the only way to get in touch with the company.
