I have been been getting Delliverys for a while now. Quality Food. better than in the shops. Great Deals Allways packed well. And the staff are Fantastic. So helpful, polite. Professional . They are Allway's on Time. I am so impressed. 100% Thank you Zoom.every Dellivery person Thank you to. I have had Cancer so it is great to no I can rely on great food and service.

Inflated prices compared to the resteraunts actual prices, that's on top of the delivery charge. They always forget something from the order, then don't refund the item. Used 3-4 times, done now. Useless. Now known as "Delivery shark".

Never work for them. I worked for what they were called Zoom back then. They're now called delivery shark. I keep losing track with all their name changes. Anyway I worked for them a year ago. All they cared about was money I worked all hours under the sun. They never compensated fuel costs. All I did was care about food being delivered within the hour. But got called unreliable as I was asking for help from a lead driver all the time as we were short staffed. They sacked me for being unreliable?? That was the opposite to what I was

Since Zoom food has become Ziply our experience has been shocking. We ordered some food yesterday worth £23 and still have not received it but the money has been taken. The number does not work and we are still waiting for an email response. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The operators lie, its the only plausible explanation, given the timescales that they advertise my driver was on the way to Mumbai to collect my food, for 1 hour I was assured that they were just round the corner and this is all after a phony curtesy call to initially tell me my food would be 25mins late 10 minutes before delivery, I abandoned at 2hrs. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Worst service I have ever had, waited 2 hours no update so got in contact with them and it hadn’t even been picked up, they were apologetic but that fact that we had to contact them to find out about the delay is awful when they should be updating us with the delay as soon as they know like ever other delivery service, definitely will not be using again

I use Zoom services for a unique sandwich place. The only issue I have with the service is the collection option not being available at random times. I will be happy to bump my review to 5* if I got a valid explanation.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BOTHER. Made a order and waited hour and half for food to come, order come wrong! Rephoned customer service to replace order. Waited a hour for food that never shown. Recalled back up to be hung up on. Very rude staff. Will be contacting trading standards.

Always good, considering where we live, up in the hills, good drivers ,always polite

I use zoom food often for getting lunch and sometimes dinner when it's convenient.
I always get my food quickly and if any problems zoom food will contact me ASAP to let me know.
I see the same driver for when I order from phillpotts and he is always polite and very speedy with the delivery.

Excellent service, from ordering via the app to delivery. Driver was really polite and professional on arrival and the order arrived in around 35 minutes!

I use all the food apps and I can't understand some if these negative reviews, I use this app alot and for me it's faster, warmer and definitely no-more expensive, and the Customer service is miles ahead of the rest.

Have worked for Zoom 1hr Delivery for 15 months, an excellent company to work for and offer an excellent customer service experience with on time deliveries with a smile! 😊

I can’t speak for other people but whenever I have ordered using them they have either been within the hour time or earlier. Any issue I’ve been contacted about before hand.

The drivers have all been pleasant to me and followed delivery rules when needed to. Never had damaged goods.

Genuinely, what is the point in advertising a 1-hour food delivery service if you never ... ever ... deliver in an hour. Gave it the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience 6 months ago. No better.

We've been waiting for an hour and a half now so I've just chased it up with the only option we have (online chat on a computer - doesn't seem to work on mobile!) to be told that the driver had a "delay with a previous order" and hasn't even ordered our food yet, let alone thinking about picking it up to drive here. Absolutely pointless service.

Never work for this company! They advertise the job as ‘drop rate’ pay which means you get paid per delivery. Sometimes you’ll be lucky to get paid £5 depending how busy the location. Plus when you drive your own car they do NOT provide any financial support for fuel costs.

Awful rude staff, I believe by Zoe? Phone kept being put down as well as laughing when trying to find out where parts of my order are. Zoom 1hr please do yourself a favour and change it to 2hrs. Won’t be long before staff run this company to the ground.

Totally shocking customer service!! Order 2hours, should be called zoom 2 hour delivery, turned up inedible, cold and bits missing! Rang to complain to get the rudest of customer service staff who always say they will call you back!

Absolute Joke ...ordered at 12.34 for 13.34 delivery , arrived at 17.34 after I had to talk the driver through what I wanted from the shop and to ask the staff in shop for assistance as he hadn't a clue ...sent me a tracker message which I watched him go to McDonald's twice and deliver to addresses streets from me before I got angry and text him at 17.00 for a time update ...if I wasn't self isolating I could of walked the mile to the shop and back 10 times in the time my order took to get to me...eventually he said at 17.00 I will be with you in 10 mins ...🤣 but then asked me for details of my £40 order again and my home address! which he had somehow lost ...im gobsmacked that these people can advertise as Zoom 1 hour delivery...because its nowhere even close ...I rang the main number to complain early on ....nobody there . I tried the online live chat ...nobody there ...save your money and use Deliveroo . . these people are cowboys 🤠!
