Ordered outdoor covers. The colour is lovely (purple), sturdy material, etc. Just disappointing as the material is soo slippery that you cant really build anything or use the triangle pisses as a back support in sofa option because it falls of straight away. Indoor covers work much better!

This is our second purchase from Zonky and we love our waterproof sofa. We are so pleased with the quality of the sofa and the service too. Fantastic experience both times.

Fine. Product and delivery as advertised

Terrible tried to cancel, no response emailed many times re return. No response. Messaged on instagram blocked me. This is a scam. Not one video or picture without their stamp. Please steer clear. Arrived after Christmas.

Sofa is extremely hard, not comfortable to sit on. Colour does not match the description or picture on website. The fabric is not cosy or comfortable. It has a chemical smell.
Return shipping is extremely costly.
Customer service don't reply to emails.

If you want something that you might want to sit on, don't buy this. If you just want the kids to build things there are doubtless cheaper and better options. I don't think it can be described as a sofa. Sitting on a carpeted floor feels softer. I assume this is a recent change as I can't see anyone giving this product a good review. I have now got one from Amazon at less than a third of the price and it's much better.

Very disappointed with the size and the quality of the materials

The Zonky covers were very well received so that my grandchildren can now play outside with their Zonky set.

I ordered a Zonky for my kids for their birthdays. After one use, stitching on the thinner big piece came apart, presumably because the material hasn’t been cut big enough. I got in touch with Zonky and they send out a replacement cover for that piece. A couple of weeks later (bearing in mind the weather has been great so we’ve mainly been outside), the stitching on the thicker big piece came apart. I emailed about this almost three weeks ago now and they still haven’t sent a replacement cover. They take a very long time to reply to emails, haven’t replied on Facebook Messenger, nobody answers their phone, it just rings out… someone did reply to me on Instagram after I’d messaged a few times only to tell me that the issue had been resolved with a £10 refund. The £10 refund was a retrospectively-applied welcome offer that was sent to me before the Zonky even arrived because I’d forgotten to apply it at checkout. The customer service representative who replied had clearly not read the emails I’d sent and received from their colleagues. I’m sure most customers have a great experience with their Zonky, but for those who receive faulty items like me, it’s a long, long battle to get what you’ve paid a lot of money for. It arrived on 10th July and the kids haven’t been able to use the main piece for half that time as we don’t want them to make the holes bigger and damage the cushions inside. The entire conversation since the second piece came apart has been farcical and I would not recommend Zonky to anyone.

Two weeks later and the cover is already ripped. I ordered the zonky in the green “teddy”. Also, customer service is almost non existent.

I am honestly extremely disappointed. I was told this was a good quality play couch. It is double the price of many on Amazon. And it's awful. The material is scratchy, the foam barely holds up when my 14 month old climbs it, and the buttons are so small and very flat. I am so sad because we spent his birthday money on this. I would return it but we already got rid of the box. Explore other options before purchasing this.

I love this new froggy green in the teddy fabric it's so much nicer than the other fabric and free buttons too. What's not to like. Fast delivery and the kids just love it. But they love anything they can jump on and deconstruct. It looks good too.

I looked at sizing. I read many reviews. Compared many a play sofa and felt completely torn. I have no comparison but feel very happy in my choice for play sofa for my little boy (5YO).

Within the first 48hours he had already created 5 different builds to enhance his play independently.

Today he is using the box it came in to craft his own house. (To be aware the parcel arrives in a large cube shaped box, so big it only just fitted through the front door and up the stairs …so if you want to hide it, don’t plan on doing it in a rush!)

Materials: it has a lovely ‘new’ smell. The material is brushed, and does seem to pick up fluff, but can equally be dusted off again easily.

Size: ideal for our space and using it. I feel any bigger and he may struggle to lift the pieces to build himself.

Delivery: within the suggested timeframe and well packaged. (Ideal box size, protective sheet of plastic inside, simple sticker on the outside of the box with the company name)

I ordered a play couch for my sons Christmas at very late notice as another company had let me down and not sent the good on time despite taking payment. I spoke to customer service and asked if a play couch could be sent to me in time for Christmas and they said yes. I placed an order on the 18th and the couch is with me as of the 20th. Very pleased with the quality and how responsive they were.

Free delivery to GB and most of Europe including Republic of Ireland but not to Northern Ireland and excessive charges ii you are willing to pay! Some discrimination here?

Absolutely love our zonky, the kids love making dens.

We love our zonky, the only thing I'd change is it being a bit more firm. I did expect it to be a bit more solid but it does the job that we bought it for.
