I sent $240 to Zillion designs to edit my videos. I dealt with George Anderson and Nathan Davis as my points of contact. The video editors name was Alexander. I sent over the funds with realistic expectations - just to have my videos back in a timely manner, and to have an actual professional editing my videos. If you can't make a deadline, that's okay as well, just let me know.

My videos were very basic, no graphics required. Only one angle/camera shots. Easiest project they probably had in house to edit. I was promised a 48 hour turn around time per clip.

The first round of videos took weeks to get back to me. I decided to ask for my money back. George Anderson called me asking me to rescind my decision - he promised to be in charge of my file moving forward and promised better results. I agreed and gave him grace.

Second rodeo was worst than the first, and clearly George had no issues with deceit. I left feeling mad at myself because I should have trusted my intuition.

The 2nd round - my first video clip wasn't delivered to me until a month later, and the video editor clearly had very little experience. The video editor was so inexperienced that I had to direct him/her on not cutting the frame so tight because the subjects face was half cut off! The video editor also had no judgement on timing (which is the most important aspect in editing videos).

I also do not know where any of their video editors reside. I have asked and never got a straight answer. I am highly suspicious that they outsource their work to people in 3rd world countries like the Philippines for pennies on the dollar. This is a crooked business model, it's illegal and raises ethical and legal concerns. This type of business model capitalize on the client who doesn't know where their work is going, as well as the video editor in the 3rd world country being given pennies on the dollar. This business model is also wrong because the client thinks their video editor is in North America, and they are often not.

Stay far away from Zillion Designs, and do not fall for any of their tactics. They will price match, they will try to negotiate anything to get you in the door. Do not fall for it. They don't honour a single thing they say and they are okay with delivering subpar results, but act like everything is normal.

I will likely never get my money back because you can't expect good business from crooked people. This is like highway robbery.

Mr. Shahrukh Khan designed 2 of my websites. We worked together for about 3 months or more.

It really was a lot of WORK involved and I must admit it was an amazing experience.

He was patient, very concerned, solution oriented, very cooperative plus I learned a few things. I really hope he gets a promotion and I wish him much success in all of his endeavors!!!!

I’ve used Zillion Designs on and off since 2015, and it’s been well worth every dollar. You get multiple design drafts from designers all across the globe. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for design concepts.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. This is a formal public warning regarding Zilliondesigns.com's systematic practice of wire fraud, intellectual property (IP) theft, and illegal retaliation.

My Case Summary:
1. Theft & Wire Fraud: I won a $250 design contest. After I transferred the copyright, Zilliondesigns fraudulently reversed my win. Their agent (Alan Smith) lied in writing, claiming the design was "not downloaded," while it was already being used commercially on the client’s website (tarliss.com).

2. Coercion: They used threats of non-payment to coerce me into a partial settlement. I accepted this strictly "UNDER PROTEST" to reserve all legal rights.

3. Illegal Retaliation: When I sought justice through U.S. federal agencies, Zilliondesigns permanently suspended my account in a cowardly attempt to silence me.

Zilliondesigns is not a legitimate marketplace; they are accomplices to fraud. They violate international financial policies (facilitating illegal PayPal transactions in non-supported regions) and bully victims who expose them.

I really liked the design choices I was given and the opportunity to be able to take my time to choose my logo. Also the response time is always within that except after business hours. Working with Mike so far has been a pleasure.

With so many logo design websites out there, I’m so glad I found ZillionDesigns. Their customer support has been outstanding!

I hired ZillionDesigns for their “Essential Starter Package” in August 2025. The service was advertised at $89.99, but I was charged $90. The package was supposed to include setup, optimization, posting, and reporting.

From the beginning, I declined ads in writing, which their own representative confirmed were optional. Despite this, the company later tried to force me into ads, which were never part of the agreement. The only thing I ever received was a draft content calendar — no setup, no optimization, no posting, no reporting.

After requesting a refund on August 8, 2025, they refused. Later, their representative emailed me offering a refund only if I removed my Trustpilot review and dropped my BBB complaint. I reluctantly removed my review in good faith. They then issued a temporary credit, only to reverse it later. Now they are pressuring me to remove my Google review as well.

I have all the screenshots and emails proving this coercive behavior. No business owner should ever be treated this way. This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, and manipulative refund tactics.
