They tried to give us a smaller car than the one we had paid for. We then had a car that broke down on the 4th day (major engine problem with red light, air conditioning failure). We had to go back to the airport to get another car (a lost vacation day). No commercial gesture, nothing and we were given a dented car. At checkout, they charged us €150 for a scratch that was mentioned at check-in. These are dishonest people who count on the fact that your insurance will reimburse you for the money they take from you (they clearly told us this several times).

Zezgo offered a good price and the booking process was quick and easy, which I appreciated. The shuttle from the airport arrived on time, and the car was ready without a long wait. However, like many other reviewers, I was surprised by the additional insurance fees and charges that were not clearly explained upfront, which made the final cost much higher than expected. The car itself was in decent condition and served its purpose for the trip, but it had some minor wear and tear. Overall, while the experience wasn’t terrible, clearer communication and more transparency about pricing would have made it much better.

Das Team vom Flughafen in Albanien war sehr hilfsbereit bei Problemen die wir hatte jederzeit erreichbar bei der Rückgabe vom Fahrzeug ebenso zum Fahrzeug selbst eigentlich sehr gut einzig bei der Übernahme die ganze vorschäden festhalten ist fast nicht möglich aber bei der rückgabe wird auch nicht viel diskutiert / die Standortleitung ist jedenfalls sehr Kompetent - fazit jederzeit wieder preis Leistung passt

Pour le retour, c'est grâce à lui qu'on a pu rejoindre l'aéroport à L'heure, autoroute fermée pas encore finie.
C'est très agréable d'avoir une personne qui nous aide en cas de problèmes.

Acabamos de tener una desagradable experiencia con esta empresa Rent a car.
Hemos tenido una multa de policía en Albania, hemos ido a pagar los 3000 lek que eran, le hemos dado por error 20000 y no nos lo ha querido devolver, el nombre del trabajador es DANIEL MUSO, gracias por robarnos y ser tan amable con los turistas, no lo recomendaremos nunca.

No one showed up at the rental car booth. Car pick up was scheduled for 0800h, which is the time that they open. We waited for an hour, tried calling the emergency number and texting the company with no respons.

Nos dieron un coche en Albania a traves de la compañía "Zezgo rent a car" muy inferior al contratado. El coche estaba en muy malas condiciones, y era muy básico. Cambiamos y nos dieron otro con alarmas en air-bag, volvimos a cambiar y nos dieron otro con alarmas en las ruedas, sucio, radio rota, el triángulo intermitente no funcionaba, aire acondicionado muy justo, volvimos a reclamar y nos colgaron el teléfono.
Un desastre. NO RECOMIENDO contratar nada a traves de DISCOVER CAR .Engañan a los clientes. Nos dejaron tirados a mercer de la compañia ZEZGO RENT a CAR en Albania, la cual es un absoluto desastre como funcionan y muy poco profesionales. ENGAÑAN a la gente. UNA VERGÜENZA.

Aucun contrôle effectués avant le départ, véhicule sans veilleuses qui fonctionnent , pas de feux de croisement droit, pression pneus dégonflés, voyant rouge moteur au tableau de bord qui s'allume dés qu'il y a une cote.
Le numéro de téléphone donné sur le contrat ne répond pas en cas d'appel. Je me suis fait arrêté par la police à cause des feux défectueux. Je n'y voyais rien dans les tunnels. Quang j'ai voulu voir le patron en rendant la voiture vers 10h pour lui parler de tous ces problèmes, l'employé du bureau Zezgo de l'aéroport de Tirana m'a dit qu'il dormait.
Quel respect du client ? Aucune excuse

My father has paid a deposit plus extra insurance with this company for the car. Once he landed in Albania he has been turned down due to having debit card not credit card. So he was stranded in foreign country speaking neither Albanian nor English. He is diabetic and cancer patient been left in a foreign country.

Rented a car from Zezgo in Tirana. Car was given to me with almost empty tank. The company charges extra 5 euros/500 lek for cleaning the car - this fee was not listed on the voucher of DiscoverCars which I used to book. Car has a lot of damages on every possible element - scratches, dents, bumpers were standing out a bit near the gaps. Clutch was almost end of life - rpms were waving when car was idling in traffic jam for example - in range 700-1200 rpm. Can't recommend this company.

Noleggio andato bene tutto sommato, veloce e semplice.
Abbiamo rispettato tutti i limiti di velocità e tutte le segnaletiche perché molto attenti alle strade, nonostante questo alla fine del noleggio ci hanno presentato una multa discutibile, e abbiamo dovuto pagare quasi quanto il noleggio stesso, anche se l importo della multa sulla loro App era la metà di quanto ci hanno chiesto. Bravi ma.. Discutibili..
