The zen app is easy to use and once you’ve a booking all the information is there, such as the time and maps. There are training programs to keep you up to date and helpful. From what I have experienced the payroll umbrella company is also easy and accessible.

I like that the turnaround time for my on-boarding was short, and everyone I interacted with was very helpful and willing to assist.

The agency have brilliant, helpful and supportive staff who try to find the best possible match for you.

On 2022 I got the job quickly.

Was with these people since it was Opus then became Zen. Worked as a TA in Cornwall at various schools.
Still running after these people for my p45 as I quit them over a year ago.
Social media conversations asking them for my p46 but nothing I’ve tried phone calls to them and nothing emails and nothing.

I have only been with Zen Educate for a short time but so far the service has been exemplary. The account managers are easy to contact and have all been very supportive and friendly so far. The onboarding process was very quick and easy and I was matched with a school almost immediately.

Zen has provided with a lot of job opportunities within a very short time span! Their communication, and strong network with schools allowed myself to have many options!

All the staff I have worked with at Zen have been very positive, friendly and professional. It makes life so easy and allows me to not feel guilty when I say no to work. If you want or need flexibility, then Zen are the company to work for.

I find since Aquinas ( my former agency) got taken over by Zen, my experience overall has been poor. Whereas I had regular bookings with Aquinas, work has been infrequent. Ther personal touch with agents has been lost and we are just a stat at the end of their whacomole style portal. If you don’t hit the button first for work ( which is often hard if you are in school and not allowed to have the phone out), then you tend to miss out on work. Sometimes you could just be trying to look up the route and by the time you go to accept, the booking is gone. I personally, have not enjoyed being a part of Zen and I’m a seasoned supply with many years of experience across a number of agencies.

It was such a lovely experience working in Heavlock school. Staff is really nice and helpful! I would love working with this school in future.

Accepting requests through the app is useful. However, you can’t block out half days, only full days if you are available for a partial day. This could be better.
Work has been slightly less than expected in volume. Generally supportive team but some discrepancies in approach and understanding, at times.

The school was amazing i felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere when arriving all the way to the end of the day it was extremely lovely and i hope to go back soon .

I will be deleting my account. Was promise a long term role at a school for september, only for them to tell me, the school no longer needs a supply teacher. Since then, These people can not help me find a long term supply role. Thus, they have stopped contacting me, but are constantly viewing my online dbs over 100 times, for reasons i don't know why.

I am very new to supply after working 30 years in education. Once i had finished the sign up process with help from James Turner, I have been happy with how convenient it has been to be supplied with work and I feel that Beau Watson has listened to my preferences and has gone out of his way to find work for me and kept me informed every step of the way.
