Scalda salviette che non funziona

Ho uno scalda salviette che non funziona più! Chiamo il loro post vendita, mi girano da un loro rivenditore! Dopo 10 gg richiamo io perché il rivenditore non riceve costo dei pezzi!
Mi arriva il preventivo, sostituzione resistenza, trasmettitore ed attuatore, con montaggio sfiori i 900 euro! Più o meno come l’intero scalda salviette!
Ho comperato un kit resistenza su Amazon, Made in Germany, tutto risolto con 65 euro di spesa! Per cui non parlatemi più di Zehnder per cortesia…..

Zehnder Charleston with welded on feet

I have taken delivery of a Zehnder multi-column radiator with welded on feet. Unfortunately, the wall fixings enclosed are not suitable for the installation of the radiator in front of a large skirting board. Longer wall brackets are required for the rear feet to stand forward of the skirting board. Zehnder UK directed me towards Jackie, a truly wonderful person, who has located the required parts in France and confirmed their delivery to me in 3-4 working days. Perfect!

confirmation order issue

I had an issue with an order I had placed but did not receive confirmation for. After speaking to 3 individuals a few times and over 3 day period I was just getting the same response "Just Wait and see" Today after speaking to Casey, it was all sorted out, and the issue resolved. Casey showed exceptional customer service and a very helpful attitude. A great asset for the company. Keep up the great work!!

Helpful and efficient experience

Great service

I needed a part for my MVHR and Gareth identified the part I needed, arranged for Jackie to invoice me, I paid and the part was ordered. All this within an hour. Really happy with the service

Horrible after sales support customer care, totally unreliable.
Bought and instelled a Q350 unit that is rubish with an app that only works from an old iphone 6.

Sorted out a problem that could have dragged on.

Excellent Customer service!

I have Zehnder fans throughout my newbuild house. On contacting my builder (Avant) customer services, I was told to deal direct with manufacturer as I'd reported excessive noise from kitchen extractor. I contacted Zehnder and was asked to send a video of the fan and images to let Zehnder check warranty. I received a very prompt response advising a replacement had been sent out which I quickly received. Excellent customer service!

Amazing service levels

I was desperately looking for an extractor fan to replace / match an existing one which was no longer available. I dealt with Jackie who was extremely helpful and supplied all the information and specifications I required to make a decision. The replacement will be a direct fit with only very minor wiring alteration - exactly what I needed. After my initial email enquiry, to my surprise, I think I got a reply within the hour, I received a quotation to enable me to place an order the same day. This was again followed up by Jackie after Easter, on the Tuesday checking all was to my satisfaction. I was amazed at the service I received and most thankful...

Termo arredo a orologeria

Acquistato l'appartamento nel 2007 ho trovato un bagno da poco ristrutturato con termo arredo scalda salviette. Nel 2019 il termo arredo ha iniziato a perdere acqua e l'idraulico me l'ha sostituito con uno di marca Zehnder in acciaio smaltato. Dopo poco più di un anno anche questo si è perforato ed è stato nuovamente sostituito nel febbraio 2021. L'idraulico disse che probabilmente era difettoso e ha installato un modello identico. Ora a distanza di quattro anni anche l'ultimo installato si è perforato, perdendo acqua. Ho letto recensioni in cui si riferisce la causa a residui ferrosi presenti nel circuito: può anche essere vero, ma possibile che non ci siano radiatori adatti ad una casa di cinquant'anni?

Award 2024 voor meest botte, klantonvriendelijke onderneming

Dit bedrijf, de telefoniste in het bijzonder, heeft met duidelijke overwinning de trofee van 2024 voor het meest botte, klantonvriendelijke en arrogante bedrijf gewonnen!
Ook ik heb het bekende probleem met mijn ODA sensor, en wel binnen 5 jaar voor de 2e keer kapot.
Een WTW, in nieuwbouwhuizen toch een wezenlijk onderdeel, is daarmee niet langer in werking. Maar Zehnder neemt doodleuk 10 werkdagen de tijd om te reageren. En dat anno 2024... werkelijk onvoorstelbaar.

Aanvulling: 24 december 2024: nog altijd niets gehoord. Oftewel naast een onvoorstelbare slechte service en inferieure onderdelen word je als klant ook gewoon voorgelogen en beloftes niet nagekomen.

Assistenza inesistente

Ho una Paul Novus 300 della Zhender da 10 anni
Da quando l'ho installata non ho trovato nessuno in grado di configurarla correttamente e mi sono dovuto leggere manuali e fare da solo.
Avevo chiesto di poterla utilizzare per il raffrescamento estivo ma probabilmente non è fattibile.
Ora ha cominciato a fare molto rumore le ventole e non so se le portate d'aria siano corrette.
Ho chiamato ad agosto il numero dell'assistenza trovato sul sito del produttore e mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero richiamato loro ma non l'hanno mai fatto.
Richiamo un altro numero ma non risponde nessuno.
Contatto la Zehnder chiedendo di essere aiutato con il loro prodotto e mi hanno invitato a scrivere una mail di richiesta intervento da parte di un loro tecnico, cosa che ho fatto ma non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta.
Richiamo lo stesso centro assistenza i primi di novembre e mi danno appuntamento che poi spostano alla settimana dopo perché il tecnico stava male e mi fissano l'appuntamento per il 28/11 alle 17:30 ma non si sono presentati, ho telefonato e mi hanno risposto che il tecnico ha avuto un intervento in emergenza e non è potuto venire, ora mi hanno riproposto un altro appuntamento per il 13/12 alle 08:00.
Il tutto a voce e quando ho chiesto quanto erano le tariffe orarie e per la trasferta, mi hanno risposto con una cifra "a braccio" di 180€ per venire più i pezzi di ricambio.
In pratica ho acquistato un macchinario di punta per non avere nessuno in grado di aiutarmi o darmi assistenza ed avendo un solo centro assistenza, possono fare come vogliono cioè non so quanto andrò a spendere e non ho nulla di scritto se non l'e-mail fatta a zehnder.
Nel frattempo la VMC sta perdendo condensa da una guarnizione.
Sono deluso dal supporto ricevuto, forse era meglio prendere un'altra marca con assistenza più presente.

Scaldasalviette arrugginiti

Ho acquistato due scaldasalviette Zehnder per i bagni a casa nuova ed entrambi dopo due anni il primo e dopo 3 anni il secondo, hanno perso la vernice e mostrato ruggine. Ho contattato la ditta e di fatto non ho avuto alcun riscontro né azione sul problema. Esperienza assolutamente negativa.
