I haven’t been provided with updates on my order and I’m unable to track. From what I do know it hasn’t been dispatched almost 2 weeks after ordering.

Ordered on the 8th of November, apparently dispatched on the 11th, still hasn't arrived over a month later. When I contacted them on the 26th they responded that the issue was with the shipping company (postnl) and provided a tracking number, only postnl has no record of the tracking number at all. 3 weeks later, still nothing, and now they won't even respond to enquiries. They have cooked their google business profile so that people cant leave reviews there, no doubt because this terrible experience is common when people order through Zavvi. If the goods don't arrive soon I will have to pursue it further. So far seems like they took the money and ran. Scam.

Absoulte con of a website. I ordered a dinosaur for my son for Xmas it still hadn't arrived I have emailed and just get a generic email back. Now I have tried to cancel the email I don't even get a reply. You keep the money I will not be buying from here again can artist

I’m giving this a 2 but not related to product as I have not received yet. With .com.au at the end I assumed it was in Australia and I would receive it quickly. I was given 25 November as the delivery latest time. It is now 12 December and I still don’t have a tracking number and it’s coming from UK. I have contacted them they’ve said it’s dispatched but that was about 2 weeks ago. This is a Christmas present so if it takes any longer there’s no point if the purchase.
EDIT: Hi Zaavi it’s nice to see your fast response on here but I’m still waiting for your reply from my second email I wrote before I wrote this review so if you could kindly prioritise that over reviews thank you.
UPDATE: they admitted that it is lost but still as of 3/12/2026 STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED!!!!

I have tried to contact Zavvi with much difficulty, messaged them via FB 48 hrs later still no response, messaged them via their site but no response same timeframe as message, so disappointing as I have been a red carpet customer for many years, I am unable to find a contact telephone number for them so

Made an order over a week ago and it is still showing as 'processing', I have sent 3 separate emails to track this order and not had any replies! This is a gift for Christmas so I want confirmation on whether it will be arriving in time but there is just radio silence. They are quick to take your money but can't be bothered to help you once they have got what they wanted!

I have placed an order days ago which is still yet to be dispatched despite it saying 1-3 days delivery on their website. Raised a support ticket, waiting the advised 24 hours, nothing - again raised another and nothing again? Please respond to customers to keep them updated? Should we look to progress with our credit card company that this is not legitimate?
UPDATE: Thanks for your reply, would love a response about the product delivery ASAP 🙏

Still not recived order after 2 weeks! No update on order status. Unable to reply to messages

Would not buy from them again. I have purchased an in stock item. The website clearly states that payment is only taken when dispatch will be within 48hours. My credit card was charged immediately however 5 business days later nothing has been dispatched and they cannot give me a timeframe. The website also clearly states that there are “no questions asked” cancellations within 14 days of purchase and prior to dispatch. But my cancellation was refused!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best thing I can do is warn others.
UPDATE: the below response was received from Zavvi after this review. All a deceitful front - they have not sent any communication via my account. There is no customer service. They don’t stand by their credit card charge policy or cancellation policy.
