Your Payday Refund 

Sadly dept camel seem's to be run by people that do not believe that the oter side to dept has a right to be heard, you write something following the norm of all the people that want something for nothing after taking loans out time after time with as many loan companies as they can, then expect to be compensated because the loan companmy did not say no, I find this unbelievable, at the time this money would of been the only lifeline to them, but you are not allowed to say this on dept camel, it will; not be published on their site, my only advice to dept camel, is you need to be open about everything, all the letters you read say the same thing time after time, so many people are claiming from so many different companies, the simple truth is they should of just not taken out loans, the only thing that will happen as a result of all these loan companies going to the wall because of these claims, is that loan sharks will rise again, and when you say no to them, the only thing you will get is a visit from some big guy to make sure you do not say no again, thern these people will rtealise that this payday loan companies at least offer a service that is within the law,

They have asked for my bank details sort code acc number 16 digit number on card which obviously haven’t given them ????

They lost my paperwork and I had to resubmit 3 months later. They never update me and when I made a complaint they have no records of my phone call. I think the Financial Ombudsman should look into this company. I called today for another attempt at an update and the person who answered the phone had a very minor grasp of the English Language

don't bother sending the forms, they are useless, the don't ring you back or send you an update avoid them, go somewhere else

Wanted to cancel because I read they take 30% of any returns!

They said I had to pay them to cancel using their 'service'. Absolute jokers.

My advice would be to claim yourself using debt camel website. So easy to do and save yourselves any hassles :)

started a claim 2 weeks ago sent documents and despite emails to them have heard nothing back.

I’ve had a good experience with Payday Refunds, they managed to get me back £2400. That was from one payday company and I still have claims going through with others. The fee they charge is fairly high but I’m glad I’ve got a decent amount back so far.

Five and Half months ago I put in a claim with Payday Refunds. There was an error with my date of birth which took 2 months of me repeatedly trying to correct. I was led to believe it had been corrected 3 months ago where I was assured that it would then take 8 weeks to get an answer on my claim. 8 weeks passed I received no answer. I rang the company to see if I could get any update on my claim. I was told they would get me an answer by the end of the week. Again after a week had passed I heard nothing so I rang again. Only this time I was told the reason is that they haven't been able to process the claim because the date of birth was incorrect and I had failed to correct it until last week. I was told 3 months ago it had been corrected. I was told in a rude manner that I had failed to correct it until a week ago. When I tried to explain that was incorrect the person on the other end of the phone would repeatedly talk over me. I raised my voice so as to be heard at which point they put the phone down on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Put in a claim and other than getting lots of e-mails for my signature on another piece of paper have not heard anything else

If I could put less I would.
They have emailed me several times demanding payment yet seemingly refuse to answer my own emails.
Today they replied to one of my emails but they chose to reply to the email where I said i just replied in length to another email which demanded answers. They still not replied to that email.
I will be writing to the ombudsman to complain about them and severely recommend everyone stays away from them.
Reading reviews on them from former staff members on another site and say that the company is awful to work for too... Just how bad is this company?

Harrassment after multiple requests to cancel

DO NOT USE** This company will charge you a large proportion of YOUR refund amount to do (well I am not exactly sure what). They claim they do lots but I didn’t get any details or updates for weeks and regularly chased Wonga myself to pay 1/3 of my entitlement to them and be spoken to rudely on the phone!

I had taken out a Payday loan in 2015, when I couldn't pay it back I had to take out another loan with the same company, I ended up taking out 8 loans just to repay the first one! I saw an advert on Google for Your Payday Refund. I filled out the form online, didn't have to speak to my lender, and received £2150 compensation! Great service, and the team were very helpful! My sister is also doing her claim with them!

Thought I had only taken out 1 Payday loan. Contacted Gary at Your Payday Refund. He had a quick look at my credit score and found out I had actually rolled over my loan 17 times! I got a total of £2200 back in around 6 weeks. Just booked a holiday with the family. Great service :)

Very please with the service, got £630 back! 😀
