Very satisfied customer. Bought car with complete confidence from YNC - a family owned BMW business who deal in great cars. I cannot fault the excellent customer service provided from my first enquiry call to the ultimate purchase process and the after-sales customer support provided. I saw the car, made the deal which was bettered by YNC and the car was in excellent condition considering that it was a 6 year old car. They sorted all the paperwork and purchase process effortlessly.
I noticed the passenger seatbelt was frayed after purchase and this was immediately resolved amicably by YNC.

We had booked to see a car and paid a deposit of £250. We were travelling up and staying in a hotel on the way as we were traveling from west Wales. Unfortunately, the car we had booked had taken a bump/scratch the day before and they phoned us straight away to tell us not to come up as they were not happy about selling it to us.. we were already on the way in a rental car so said we would like to continue to see the other cars that were available which they were very accommodating about. (Because we were driving, we couldn't give them a reg plate of a car to reserve it for us... but as we did actually like more than one car up there that was not a problem to us).
We arrived half an hour earlier than we said we would, and we were not expecting a Wearhouse just off a side street, we thought there would be a showroom (but please don't let that put you off). The manager was out but we were told he was on his way back by one of the staff members. We found a car we really liked and wanted to take out for a test drive.
Unfortunately for us there was a lady in front of us who was buying a car who was taking LOADS of time about her decision, and it really did hold everything up for us. This was not Waseem's fault at all, the lady had actually walked out and wondered back in half an hour later, she was really giving them a run around. They remained very professional at all times.
We finally drove the car and agreed to buy it, we also had to get our rental car back to the garage in a short space of time, which Wez organised by booking a taxi and paying for it.
We had our 4 year old twin daughters with us who were quite hot and bothered by this point and he gave them an ipad to play on while we did the paper work for the car.
We have had the car for 4 weeks and it is absolutely perfect, it cruised home to Wales!!
I would not hesitate to buy another car form Wez and his team again, they are very knowledgeable and professional.
My only advise would be to phone ahead and double check which garage your car is at as they have 2 locations and if there is a car you like put a deposit down as they are selling cars fast!! also possibly fill in a finance form in advance as we experienced delays with ours (nothing to do with your next car).

Contact garage about a 420i grand coupe they had and about a trade in bearing in mind we stay near Glasgow scotland we conducted most of it through WhatsApp which was really easy
Wassem was our main point of contact and was a absolute pleasure to deal with no pressure of any kind unlike most garages
So helpful knowledgeable and polite in all dealings even helped us get a better deal with the finance through them
Was also very fair with our trade in car a price we were both happy with
On arrival at garage all employees were very helpful and courteous Richard took us on the test drive and again was very helpful polite and knowledgeable
We drove the car back to Glasgow and it was a absolute pleasure a top star example and stunning car with what YNC had done with it my daughter is well impressed with her car and so are we
All in all our first car from YNC and won't be our last infact I have already recommended to a few people to have a look at there cars and have also recommended them as my daughter has too when people have commented to her how lovely and smart looking her car is

This car dealership stands out amongst the rest! I love the BMW 320i that I bought from Your Next Car and have had so many people stop and tell me what a beautiful car it is. I had a small issue with the car and the customer service I received was excellent. They really listened and sorted it out very quickly. What a great car dealership, we advertised our car on autotrader for private sale, Naqeeb called was very courteous and we agreed a price much better than the usual websites. We took the car to them as thats what we agreed, to be fair there was a bit of damage on the rear seat we didnt know about, we agreed a sensible reduction and deal done, we left happy and Naqeeb was also happy, money transferred instantly a really smooth transaction. Your Next Car have regained my faith in the independent used car business. Would definitely recommend these guys they are fare which is key to all business transactions.

If you’re looking for a secondhand BMW, then YNC is the place to go they only deal in BMWs… excellent service very helpful and very knowledgeable about Bmw. I also like how they sell diffusers body kits also etc will be seeing them again soon for quad tips and a diffuser and maybe even my next car

Friendly staff and excellent service just one thing wasn't told about my warranty or even given one could be my fault as well didnt ask to interested looking at the fantastic car I bought off them its absolutely amazing 535d msport would definitely use again and recommend to anybody no issues with the car don't think there will be its brilliant good price with full service history love it thanks guys 😀

This is the second car I have bought from the garage! I had afew issues with the car, which were very quickly sorted out by Waseem and his brother! Their customer service is second to none! I will continue to buy my vehicles from them in the future!

It is with great regret that I have to write this, but the selling of the car was easy and faultless, however the warranty is not worth the paper its written on, to be told by the warranty manager that the warranty is actually not with A1 warranty but there own warranty, however the sales document states its stress free and with A1.
They have eventually done the front discs and pads including labour, but the other issues I have had to pay for to the amount of £2476, so to say I'm disappointed for the most expensive car I have ever purchased as a business owner myself is an understatement. Now they have got a James caunt to leave a complete false review on my landscaping company page when we have never done any work or any dealings with him or this company, totally unprofessional. Don't use

Fantastic service from start to end.
Staff are great, friendly and no problem with us bringing the kids. They where very good with our autistic one so it ment he was relaxedso we could relaxand do paperwork. Nothing was to much bother and everything explained. The car is great and a fantastic price, we was given a very far price given for our old car.

Called in by prior appointment today to view a BMW 4 series. I had lodged a £250 refundable deposit.
There was no pressure to buy or pushy sales tactic, quite the opposite it was very relaxed.
I was given the keys to the above car we were particularly interested in and one other which caught our eye. We were just left to it which was refreshing.
The main car was lovely, but wasn’t for us. The second was not the variant we were after, but it was a useful exercise to see it.
I’d definitely buy a car from this company as they are very professional and there’s just no pressure, the cars are all very well presented and the staff are great.
There was a slight issue with the card machine meaning I couldn’t get my deposit refunded there and then, however it had been sent in the time it took us to get home.
Thanks again for your time and courtesy today guys. I’ll keep an eye on your stock 👍

My wife sent them an enquiry through their website on SUNDAY, about a trade in for 1 of there cars, got an email back at just after 10:30pm on the MONDAY night asking for photos of our car through whats app, emailed them right back saying we didnt use whats app and if they sent us a link to either their messenger or facebook we would be happy to send all the pics they wanted - as of writing this WEDNESDAY, NO COMMUNICATION - a big red flag as far as in concerned, if this is their customer service before buying their grossly over priced car i would hate to think what there like if you have any issues with it...Thanks for completely wasting our time...RE-REPLY This is your response - My advice is to get what’s app get into the 21st century! Great customer service mate, what a mature response....And for your information i did check auto trader and the car i was interested in says higher price, hence my comment
