When i phoned to claim my numbers the person on the other end was very polite and helpful. I declined joining the monthly payment scheme as i am a pensioner and couldn't afford the outlay. He was very understanding re this abd there was no pressure to take this up.

After talking to a member of staff at your lotto service regarding free lotto numbers which he gave me. He then asked if I would like to join the monthly syndicate of which I explained i was a pensioner and unfortunately couldn't afford any other monthly expenses. I received a letter and thought it was some kind of scam. I rang the number The guy was very polite, it was a no pressure sales call and he was very understanding when I told him I could not afford a syndicate every week. Got my 10 lines on the lottery as promised. Sadly didnt win!!
