One of the most impressive aspects of the service was the speed of the entire process. I had my offer accepted at the beginning of March and was collecting the keys to my new home by the beginning of June. While I didn’t engage Your Conveyancer directly, they were appointed by my new lender as part of my remortgage process.

I was assigned a case manager who responded to my questions within hours—sometimes even minutes. He was always polite, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Remortgaging can be a complicated and sometimes stressful transaction, but the support I received helped reduce much of the anxiety. The whole process felt well managed and straightforward from start to finish.
