I recently purchased the Whitby Jet Dog Tag Pendant. The Tag itself was excellent but I was very disappointed with the chain. It was very thin and fragile. The purchase price of £190 should surely have included a much better quality chain. I had to buy a better and stronger chain before I gave this item as an anniversary present to my wife. I have received a very prompt and courteous reply from the Y.J.C. and they stated that they had sent the wrong silver chain. They are sending a replacement higher quality chain. That's what I call service. Very well done and a million thanks. I will certainly purchase more jewellery from the excellent Y.J.C. Martin

Fantastic service by Rob. Asked if he could source a watch on the Wednesday, by the afternoon he provided me a few options with detailed photos and prices. Sent the deposit Thursday and watch arrived Friday. Over the moon with the watch and the service. Rob even ran the watch through all the background checks for peace of mind.
