The process of procuring my garden room has been so easy and this is purely down to Warren and the team. The install of the room could not have gone better. The lads were excellent, very considerate of neighbours and your property and nothing was too much for them. We are very please with our garden room and it's built to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend Yorkshire Garden Rooms LTD.

Could not be happier with my new garden room. The team that constructed the room where very professional. Removed all waste materials, even managed to recycle my old garage. The owners Warren & Jade kept me updated during the process and provided some excellent advice on how to get the best out of the garden room design. Would highly recommend.

Had our garden office installed by Yorkshire Garden Rooms earlier this year and have been very happy. It really was a comfortable experience from the start; visiting the old showroom and talking to Warren had me choosing them over other potential companies – and this continued through to the site visit and install. Callum led the install as Warren was on holiday, but absolutely not an issue and was seamless. Was a joy to have the team on site. Polite, friendly and always communicated things clearly. Now I have an amazing space for work that's fully connected... and somewhere I can relax to also.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I cannot recommend Yorkshire Garden Rooms enough. From our first chat with Warren, visiting the Showroom, agreeing what we wanted and all the way through the build - the team at Yorkshire Garden Rooms were professional, efficient, friendly - and even our dog loved them all! The final result is beyond what we ever imagined - no tweak or question was too difficult and we are absolutely over the moon with our Garden room! Brilliant job. Flexible, helpful and friendly planning for work onsite. New Garden office and patio looks good. Very professional build installation including windows, electrics, IT and other features. Follow up responses ongoing to solve minor problem with programming outside lights.

I cant praise this company highly enough. Our first conversations with Warren were informative and professional. The team arrived and within a couple of days the basic structure was in place. The first and second fixes were timely and well coordinated with Richard the electrician. The guys all worked hard and the site was always tidy when they left. The final minor items left at the end were all resolved and the finish was excellent.
On a personal note, I found Paul and Callum to be lovely human beings! My dog had a stroke, while they were working and they could not have been more kind and helpful- carrying him to a car and doing all they could.

Very professional team with a keen eye for detail and pride in finish - not a single snag. Love the tall side window looking out onto the garden borders. The integral blinds are lovely - no dusting or blowing about in our exposed Pennine location where calm days are few and far between.

Yorkshire Garden Rooms were recommended by friends but also looked at two other quotes. We were quoted almost double by one company and a similar price to YGR by another in which we had to pay for our own electrician

I visited the showroom in Castleford and met the owner Warren who was brilliant, he wasn’t pushy, gave good advice and knew his stuff, he also showed me an example of the room I would be having plus the different options of cladding/wood/colours etc

Warren, explained the structural info and gave me a price there and then which was fully inclusive of all of the work, materials and all electrics/data cable - the price was very reasonable given that quality was highly important to me, as was a fair amount of soundproofing

We agreed a starting date and duration of around 3 weeks (weather dependant) plus as our garden is very private and has restricted access, careful planning was needed - which worked out to be perfect

When you have builders virtually living with you for a month or so, it is so important they are pleasant, courteous and trustworthy! Well full marks on all of this as Warren and his team were absolutely brilliant and deserved all of the daily biscuits and refreshments we gave them!

The end result was and is absolutely brilliant we have a quality garden room used as an office and music studio and although we had unprecedented amounts of rain and downpours through the winter of 2024 (February), Warren and the team managed to complete the Garden Room within Five weeks - which under the circumstances was totally satisfactory

We have high standards and close attention to detail, however, we are full of praise for every aspect of the work and service and would highly recommend Yorkshire Garden Rooms to anyone considering a garden room office/studio/gym etc

Couldn't recommend this company enough. We felt comfortable dealing with Warren, the owner, from day one who helped us to design our dream room that is perfect for our garden. All the guys were professional and worked their butts off, despite the horrible weather through January. The build quality of the room is superb.

The Garden Room that they built was designed to my exact requirements and was an extremely competitive quote. The workmanship and attention to detail of Warren and his team was excellent. They always kept us notified of progress and what was happening next. When they had finished they cleared the site and left the garden spotless.
