Fantastic customer service - I made a mistake with my order & the team very swiftly & kindly corrected it for me & did not charge.
The order was for a dumbbell set to complement an existing set I have which must be at least 10 years old so I can confirm these are sturdy weights!

Ordered a started Set including 80kg weights bench barbell bar and unfortunately the bar was damaged. After a quick email a new one is being sent out and I am very happy.

First time buying and dealing with York customer services… I am not displeased! lol. So I order the curl bar set with the ISO plates. The plates did not arrive, instead I had a pallet with my order (minus ISO) emailed them, sent a picture, got a reply straight away and thereafter. Less than an hour later and it’s been resolved. DHL will be delivering the missing plates and it was so stress free I needed to write an essay to explain it. THANKS TO THE TEAM! stress free experience

I bought a set of barbells however due to what looks like extremely bad handling by the courier it arrived in a very bad state. Parts missing and damaged etc. The customer service was second to none and a perfect replacement has been received in double quick time. I would fully recommend buying from this company.

Appalling behaviour and communication by YORK. Their delivery company dropped the weight barbell which was poorly packaged (cardboard secured at the end with just with tape). They smashed the masonry at the front of my house. Luckily nobody hurt. York refused to take responsibility as it was a third party delivery company that delivered them despite citizens advice indicating they’re responsible as the contract is with them. Having to now progress to small claims to get my property prepared. It’s really not on at all they’ve been so unhelpful and horrible to deal with. All I want is for the damage they’re responsible for to be repaired.

Ordered a 100kg weight set to get started, as well as two 1.5kg weights.

The set arrived together without issue. The two 1.5kg weights were not sent out, but a single e-mail to York Fitness' team and they arrived 2 days later.

The quality looks to be very good, and their customer service is very helpful and quick to respond!

Just purchased the 150kg Olympic set at an amazing price, compared to other companies out there who are charging nearly double, with the Olympic bar making the total weight 170kg. I also purchased an Olympic Curl Bar along with two sets of Olympic collars. One set of collars were missing, and i sent an email, and received an immediate reply, and the missing collars were quickly dispatched, with no fuss. Fantastic service and products that i am already breaking in, and i have been able to add several more exercise routines to my garage gym setup, thank you.

The true test of a business is how they respond when things don't go as expected.
In that regard York Fitness have just excelled themselves.
I bought a single Barbell that was shown as being a specific weight (5kg), this would match my current one. It arrived and was actually 4.1kg (with collars) so I asked their customer service how I could rectify. They got back to me today to apologise and recognised the error on the website, which they have now corrected. They have also sent me another bar, free of charge, so I can have a matching pair!
Just awesome service and I'm never likely to go anywhere else for my weights, in fact I'm likely to spend a little more as a token of appreciation for them being so lovely. Genuinely impressed.

You only find out how good a company is when you have a problem. DHL left the parcels outside my door when I specified them to deliver it on a different day, and one of the parcels got stolen. Fortunately, York Fitness responded to my problem in 7 minutes after emailing them and rectified the problem immediately by sending out a replacement (even though it was DHLs fault).

I must admit that I did get a bit worried when I tried to ring the phone number on the website and it just gave some information then nothing else, but getting to such a quick resolution via email does make the phone number not needed.

Emailed for help with a part for my York bike (which I accidentally bent while tightening!). Received a speedy reply to say the bike was discontinued but they may have a part that would do the job. Even agreed to post it to me

Superb customer service, lightning fast and super helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

I contacted York about a fault which had just started happening on my 17 year old exercie bike. They quickly emailed me with a suggested solution which fixed the problem. I've owned the bike since new and I'm very happy with my purchase. Given the age of the bike I didn't expect any help at all. They surpassed my expectations.

Ordered Friday- immediately dispatched - Arrived today - very fast service. And tracked!

Amazing customer service. I sent an email about the weight plates I ordered 2x20kg and 2x10kg plates taking a while to order, and I got a response back the same day explaining the 10kg plates were out of stock but the 20kg plates were going to be sent separately and to apologise for the inconvenience they sent me a different set of 10kg plates at no extra cost and they came a few days apart, so it wasn't a issue but definitely be ordering from here again

Also, amazing customer service.. The case for my dummbells had been damaged in transit. I emailed them and within minutes had an email back saying they would send another case out ASAP. New case arrived a couple of days later. Really impressed overall!

I ordered an indoor training bike from York Fitness UK on 16/03/2025 and it arrived 3 days later.
Whilst unpacking the various parts I found a small piece of plastic lying loose and I put it aside.
I checked that all the parts were there and that's when I noticed that the small piece of plastic I had found was a piece that had broken off the handlebar post cover.
I contacted York Fitness UK and the next morning I received an email apologising and informing me that a replacement part would be shipped via DHL express. That was on the Friday.
The replacement arrived on the Monday morning.
A great response and excellent customer service.
I would definitely recommend York Fitness UK.

I recently ordered a barbell from York. The courier messed up (their website indicated they’d received it and a day later said the opposite) but when I contacted York they sent another immediately which arrived sooner than the (same) courier said it would. The barbell is of very good quality and I’m pleased I chose York over cheaper competitors. So: happy with both the item I purchased as well as the company’s customer service.

Recently odered a number of items from York and they all arrived very quickly, and they were all of a very good quality. One of the items had some damage to it, which probably happened during the manufacturing process.
I emailed their customer service, and within hours a replacement item was in the post, without any issue whatsoever.
This is the sort of company that I want to deal with!

Sometimes it takes a small error and how a company responds to show how customer focused they really are. I had a small part missing and Matej was very efficient replying my email at 6.30am and sending out the part that same day. Excellent service and would definitely purchase again!

I had a minor hiccup with my delivery - an item was missing due to an issue with the courier. However, I was extremely impressed by the company’s support team. They responded promptly the same day, and the missing item was replaced with express delivery. Their efficient and friendly service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. It’s clear they value customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend this company!
