Ykbelectricals recently fitted a ceiling light/chandelier for me, and once again we are very happy with their work. They have carried out electrical work for us before, including safety certification, and we’ve always found them to be professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

I rang Fiaz on Sunday morning with my electrical issue i had a power outage and couldn't turn electric of to stop my burglary alarm from ringing aswell as no power to my downstairs. He came within the hour and sorted my problem within half an hour. Excellent service and a very nice polite young man. I rang Fiaz one morning when we lost power to some of our sockets and were worried an applicance was tripping the electrics. Fiaz answered my call straight away and was with us by lunch time. We had an electrical emergency where power was lost on some important appliances. Should this company not responded to our call quickly, it would have been stressful and costly for us. However the issue was soon resolved by their very competent electrician who soon had the electrics back on and appliances working again. Highly recommend.

We had some outdoor sockets installed by Fiaz at YKB. He was punctual, well mannered, and did the job exceptionally well. His work was outstanding, and we will definitely be using YKB Electricals for any future work. Very highly recommended!

Nabeel was charm personified when he came to fit my extractor fans. He even let me use his tools for a diy job I was doing. However, he wasn't so charming when I pointed out that he (or his subcontractor who cut the holes) had broken my toilet seat. He refused to pay £10 for a new one and became quite unpleasant. He left long rambling voice messages accusing me of trying to avoid payment and of "planning it all along", whatever that means. So, I cut my losses, paid him in full, blocked him from my phone and paid for a new toilet seat myself. I thought that was the end of it, but today I've just realised that he never fitted the exterior grilles on the two upstairs extractor fans. I can only guess that he didn't have a suitable ladder or he couldn't be bothered to get one, because he did fit the grille on the downstairs vent. He also didn't leave the grilles behind in the house when he'd finished (presumably so that I wouldn't be alerted to the fact that they hadn't been fitted) so now I can't even get someone else to fit them.

Fiaz was great, came and did an EV charger install for us. Quality of work and speed was great and got the elec test certificate same day. Competitive pricing.
