I have utilised Yippee Tech as my support partner for the past 5 years, and signed up for another 2 years.

I have always received 5***** service with professional service and I find the cost very competitive and great value for money.

My computer was running very slow and yesterday I had scheduled service, which was sorted and working great.
What a great team of professional technician.. Well done to you all

Wanted to use this company once.
Have explained to them that I no longer require this service anymore.
But am being harassed by numerous people wanting me to use them again..

I nearly purchased fake protection from this company before realizing it was a scam. I noticed the website was certified by TrustedSite.com, and so I contacted them and told them this. Thanks to me, Yippee Tech is no longer certified by Trusted Site. Yippee Tech is untrustworthy and should be avoided. They will probably try to take this review down, but I hope this review helps anyone considering Yippee Tech in the meantime.

Edit: I wasn't surprised they did try to take the review down and I gladly showed evidence that they did really try to scam me. This attempted censorship is further evidence they are a fraudulent organization.

I yippee tech to clear my computer which they have done but I cancelled early and now they will not stop contacting me by phone asking me to use my free diagnostic check. I can only say no so many times but no they keep calling nightmare I would never use this company again!!!

I had Yippee Tech with my previous laptop. I had to tell them not to call me again because my laptop was getting slower and slower despite their promise that they’d sorted the problem. This resulted in my buying another laptop. I took out MacAfee security but little did I know Yippee Tech were the technicians. I had a call from them to say they couldn’t provide security updates to my laptop. They told me I needed software installed because I’d been hacked. Cost me £300. Three weeks later they called again because they couldn’t update security features. They told me the previous call were hackers. They wanted money to install software to get rid of the hacked files.
Both calls were identical so do not know which is real or not.
Never want anything to do with this company again.

I had problems with my McAfee and called what I thought was McAfee. The guy requested remote access to diagnose the problem and I gave it to him. He began looking all around my computer, showing me I have errors/warnings because I didn't upgrade to a newer version. He told me I would have to remove the old one and install a brand new version. The cost for their service and the new version would be $499 and I would have to subscribe to the service to get continued updates, at an additional $49 per month.

When I told him it wasn't worth it, since I had no issues the whole time it was not working, he told me to grab a pen/paper to write down some info in case I changed my mind. I said ok, I will be right back and while I sat there looking through my desk drawer, I noticed the SAM Lock Tool had been opened and I disconnected immediately. I can only think of one reason anyone would open that tool and that is to lock the whole computer with a password!
After reading a bit on the tool, I have come to understand scammers use it to hold your computer ransom, making you pay a lot of money for the password. This is not a company that should be allowed to access peoples computers!

My experience was very good, technicians were very helpful. Hopefully my computers stays in good running condition.

The service received was above and beyond what i was expecting. They set up and amended all the issues i had with my computer. I couldn't commend them enough.

Yippee tech always has a professional approach and has kept my computer running well. Always here when you need them!
