I got a promo code for subscribing and they dmd me with a 10% first order code so I put that in and then it made me pay for express delivery I had no problem with that cause I really like the gloves so went ahead with the order that was on the 15TH of June and I’ve had no tracking update for this “express delivery” it’s saying still “waiting for details” I’ve messaged them on Instagram I’ve emailed them multiple times for an update and I have had no response I understand it’s a small business and maybe new and starting off, but all I’m wanting is a bit of communication very poor.

They never respond to customer. I've still waiting for them to ship my order. My order number is #1156

Great gloves super comfortable, great wrist support. Puffy but easy to grapple in. Great for sparring. Took a total of 12 days from order to receive my gloves

Hey I love these gloves they have a really snug fit and I enjoy them especially when I throw body shots they feel so much like boxing gloves and I love that they came in 6 days and it was perfect shipping. Great quality

I discovered this brand on instagram and fell in love with the mma gloves instantly and ordered a pair back in April, I then saw the poor reviews for delivery and was worried but 9 days later my gloves arrived to the UK and I love them they’re brilliant. I ordered a second pair at the end of May and they’re due for delivery tomorrow. Can’t wait for the boxing gloves to restock as I will be getting a pair of them.

Had to send three follow ups but still no reply from yubiko.street - my order was placed on May 22 and it hasn't even shipped yet. That is 2 weeks ago without the item even in transit. will have to dispute the charge due to no responses from their company after 3 attempts. I see in other complaint responses, the excuse was delays due to high volume during the Christmas season. However, we are not in peak periods now and the delay is still present and it's not a delay with the courier service that has not even been given the item yet.

Amazing customer service and an incredible product. The quality of the gloves are something I’ve never felt before in comparison to any of the other mma gloves on the market. I highly recommend getting yourself a pair of Yibukos!

I ordered a pair of Pink laced MMA sparring gloves. Unfortunately my pair arrived with an issue on left glove (smaller hole than the right glove) it was unwearable due to the tightness. I reached out and Yibuko sent me a new pair immediately. Customer service is a 10/10

I’m not sure what’s up with people having to wait a long time. I got my gloves a week after ordering them! (Crawford lace-up MMA gloves)
The glove quality is some of the best I’ve ever seen and the surface of the padding is bigger than expected, which is great. Amazing wrist support and overall stability due to the lace-up feature. AMAZING glove and a must buy for competitive MMA fighters.

I made the purchase 1 week ago exactly. Within 3 days they were shipped out. Most people that complained about the shipping when it was literally around the holidays. Anyway, the gloves are super tight even with my skinny fingers so putting them on is kinda tough. During sparring or padwork, my left pinky knuckle is getting scraped by the part that connects the stitching to the glove. This will be a problem in the future if I use them for longer sessions because it will definitely take some skin off my knuckle. Honestly if it weren't for the whole pinky thing I would've given them a higher rating because I'm sure the tight fit will work itself out. Legit company though.

TERRIBLE! I placed an order for my shirts 5 MONTHS AGO! They’ve ignored all but my first email. They’re a SCAM

For the price you can't beat it. I ordered the boxing gloves one pair in 14oz the other in 10oz, solid gloves do feel like a Mexican style gloves with a touch of Pakistani model foam but the feedback on the gloves from pads or bag work is solid, haven't sparred in these cause I believe they take some time to break in, but once they do I know they be solid sparring gloves.

Still have not received my gloves. USPS is still waiting for the item, it has been two weeks and have not gotten any update from the company. Well, I got an email to review the gloves, so here we are.

This is an absolute scam of a company. All looked legitimate via the website and even during the order confirmation process. However, when I received notification that my order had "been delivered" yet no package was found in sight, I decided to contact my local post office. My local office said that the tracking number I had been provided DID NOT EXIST and that no package had been associated with my designated address in the system. When I emailed the company, they simply told me to check again. No offer of any sort of remedy or the slightest professional courtesy. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Well, I would give it a rating, but my gloves STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED. Estimated delivery was 9 days ago... No updates since then, just says "in transit". I even emailed Yibuko asking for help and they replied with one sentence saying they cannot help me. I asked if they could contact the carrier and they've ghosted me ever since. Absolutely horrible experience...
