The lovely lady i spoke with ( Emily )could not have been more helpful, advice was given so very clearly and as far as helping me out with the many options i have ect was extremely helpful..i was also offered support to an extent where i was shocked with the kindness with regards to cheap bulbs,plugs,radiator foil,heated throw and more,its nit often in this day where generosity of this kind is shown and i hope everyone on the team is aware of how appreciative costomers are ,as i certainly am ..The lady was so patient ,understanding in a way i felt i was able to talk at ease regarding any issues i had,,,Thankyou again for the wonderful work you do

Il y a 2 ans nous avons signé avec cette entreprise pour une pompe à chaleur et un chauffe eau thermodynamique avec un commercial qui savait très bien vendre mais aucune compétence sur l'installation qui nous correspondait. Pompe à chaleur absolument adaptée pour des radiateurs, Résultats factures d'électricité exorbitantes . L'année dernière, nous avons eu une panne sur le chauffe eau thermodynamique presque 3 semaines pour faire intervenir un technicien " BRAVO " . Sauf que depuis lundi la même panne est survenue donc plus d'eau chaude. J'envoie un mail a yes energy en début de semaine et leur réponse ne me convient pas du tout . Sous prétexte que mon installation a plus de 2 ans a quelques jours près ( - de 10 jours ) il me dise de voir avec un réparateur de chez moi et là je leur demande si la pièce qu'il on changer il y a quelques mois n'est pas sous garantie et pas de réponse. A ce jour je renvoie un mail et j'attends leur réponse. Bref si je peux vous donner un conseil même si vous payez plus cher prennez un installateur près de chez vous et SURTOUT ne passez pas par yes energy , vous vous éviterez bien des soucis et du stress car si je devais vous reconter la prise en charge de notre dossier pour le monté j'en n'aurai pour des heures. Bref fuyez les

After a boiler failure YES energy solutions were very quick off the mark with a sympathetic response. They had a good appropriate boiler installed within just over a week. We were delighted with the project management and the quality of the engineer who did the fitting. He even dealt with one or two minor issues to do with radiators. Delighted to recommend them.
