The people at Yellohire were so helpful in helping me find an alternative vehicle when the first option was simply not an option. They really pulled out all the stops for me and were incredibly helpful and informative.

Total shambles of a company, I would never ever hire a van via these Cowboys again.

Made changes at the last minute and had to go much further to pick up the van. Really didn’t seem to care about the issue that they caused. Avoid at all costs!

These guys scammed me! I paid them for van hire and was then charged again by Avis. They only send you to another company they don’t do it themselves! Will never use again!!!!!

The fee charged by Yellohire for the referala to Budget / Avis exceeded the vehicle charge hire and the vehicle I had booked was not availabile. Whilst in the office when returning the vehicle the next customer after we was also suffing the same inconvenience of the vehicle he had booked not being available.
AVOID.

Van was handed over with 1/4 tank of fuel.

When returning makes it incredible hard to refill without loosing money!!!!!!

Booked online, paid deposit twice, first time they called up and told that doesn’t have a van for the day I booked, second time they told that a van is no longer available as broke down and can’t hire it for me. Offered full refund for both bookings. After countless emails and calls not even the courtesy of a response. If you call them, they have best response to it “We’ll call you back” nope never got a call back. Yellohire will not refund money (despite policy saying refunds will be given). Nine months of being patronised with excuses to now be completely ignored by Creighton. Do NOT use.

Absolute joke. Booked online, paid deposit, told 2 days before hire that they had no vans. Absolute joke company. They also confirmed they are a 3rd party - they have no vehicles of their own.

Avoid like the plague

Further to my previous review (below) that Yellohire responded to I would like to state that no contact has been made to explain this by either them or the local company. Further incompetence and poor communication.

Booked and paid for a van with this firm. Arrived at the depot to collect and was told there was no trace of the booking. After a phone call Yellohire sorted out a van. The rear doors were accident damaged, wouldn't lock and leaked water over all our possessions. Countless emails and not even the courtesy of a response. Shocking. Will not use it recommend.

I have just had a quote from Yellohire, I did choose another company due to the offer of secure parking while using the hire van. However, they did come up with the lowest quote. I particularly was very impressed with the human phone service from Mr Parry, he was very clear, relatable, conversational, freindly and not in a hurry. Quite refreshing these days!

Yellohire are just a broker who charge a fee and don't have their own vehicles and even though polite on the phone they never booked my van and I got a cheaper deal using ACE hire Croydon who they contacted so advise dealing direct with a company what you can physically visit

Made a booking for my uncle but had to cancel 48 hours before collection. Yellohire will not refund money (despite policy saying refunds will be given) and have not responded to follow up emails. Do NOT use.

Used YelloHire for the best part of ten years. They have always provided the best prices and service and most importantly have always found me the vehicle I need when I need it.

You get the benefits of quality vehicles without having to trawl loads of websites repeating the same quote time and again.

Can’t fault them and would recommend them to everyone.
