As first time buyers for both of us and using a company at first that didn’t act within our best interests and what we had asked for, when we switched, Simon was a breath of fresh air to deal with for both of us! communicated everything with us and answered every question we had (which was a lot at all hours of the day!!!)

My advisor, Mark was absolutely brilliant! Not only did he find me a great mortgage deal, the way he delivered information, both verbally and in writing was perfect for me - straightforward and easy to understand without being overly wordy or technical. I never felt hurried or pressurised to make decisions, and I felt he went over and above to help me understand my options, by giving me really down to earth and realistic advice. I am a first time buyer at the age of 55, so was somewhat dreading the process, in terms of feeling vulnerable, but he was great and I cannot praise his professionalism enough! Thoroughly recommend!
On a secondary note, I really liked the ethos of the company in terms of their values. Yellow Brick was a lucky find!
