The clearance team were reliable and efficient. They don't take liquids, like paint, it would have been useful to know that before they came

Thank you for your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’re glad the team provided a reliable and efficient service. Thank you as well for highlighting the point about liquids such as paint. Paint and some other liquids can’t be collected as they’re classed as hazardous waste and many commercial disposal sites won’t accept them due to safety and environmental regulations. We’ll make sure this is explained more clearly at booking going forward so customers can plan ahead.
