I was told my acct was under security maintenance, and that was the last time I was able to access it, I kept calling and calling and no one will answer me, I was fortunate enough to get conwilding to support me and it all played out well

I've been trading on this platform for quite some time and absolutely adore its reliability and smooth interface, which have significantly simplified my trading experience. I've even recommended it to several friends and colleagues because of how efficient and user-friendly it is. Recently, I had the pleasure of being upgraded to a premium client, which was an exciting advancement. However, I noticed that the $150 reward, which was supposed to be part of this upgrade, hasn't been credited to my account yet. I'm optimistic that this might just be a slight delay.
Could I expect this reward to be processed soon?
Recently, I encountered a hiccup with a withdrawal request that tested my patience but ultimately reinforced my trust in the platform’s support system. I had initiated a significant withdrawal after a particularly successful trading period, anticipating a smooth transaction based on my past experiences. However, this time, the process hit a snag and the funds did not appear in my bank account within the usual timeframe.
Initially concerned, I contacted customer support to inquire about the delay. The response was prompt and reassuring. The representative explained that the delay was due to a temporary system update meant to enhance transaction security, which required additional verification checks for certain transactions. While this was an unexpected obstacle, the transparency and clarity of the explanation provided comfort.
They have just disappeared. I cannot access my account anymore. Not sure what is happening. Before that, they were constantly asking me for more money to put into my account which I could not understand why so I refused. This does not seem right at all.
Is it closed or scam, I have an account and my money in there , I was trying to log in but no connection and response,
I have such a bad experience feel like cheating platform taking my money away.

Did my profile and uploaded my documents. The profile was under review to be approved and I already was contacted by a lady requesting me to transfer money I did not even have a password or email from them and they already wanted the money in...the lady's name is Simona Nowack...I was contacted various times by her always requesting payment from me before my profile was complete...when I told her that I was not in a hurry and wanted to research the company first....she hung up the call on me...sorry guys you will not be getting any money from me...and my advice to anyone intouch with this company is to watchout...thanks Simona.. not one star...zero stars...
