I instructed Adrian Hargreaves as he is a Senior general legal counsel to assist me with a financial matter following my separation. Unfortunately , my experience was very disappointing.
Communication was very poor , with long periods of no response, and I felt unsupported at key moments. Despite paying a significant amount in fees ,I repeatedly requested invoices and breakdown of costs, which were not provided.
I was often left to deal directly with my ex husband without guidance , costing me a lot money. This review reflects my personal experience , and based on this, I would not use this service again and I would not recommended.

We can't recommend Tim and WSM highly enough. Tim guided us through the process, was responsive, fought our corner and even assisted in directing some of the other service providers in the process when they were not up to standard. We used Harriet as our solicitor on our recent first time buyer house in Surrey. Funnily enough we have just completed and are happily in our new home! Hands down, she was incredible. My wife and I could not have asked for a better solicitor. She was very responsive, provided very detailed information on the process, made us feel at ease, incredibly quick and seamless with the searches and made the whole process pain free. I can seriously recommended her & Beckie too!! We somehow managed to complete on our property in 2 months which I thought was unheard of but these guys made it possible. 10/10 would recommend.

Unprofessional, slow and unreliable

Harriet Weller came recommended to us and acted for us in our house sale in 2021 and our house purchase in 2024.

On both occasions she was superb. No fuss, no nonsense and absolutely no delay throughout both deals.
Our purchase was one of the quickest turnarounds the agent had ever seen - under a month from offer accepted to exchange and she even carried out the formality of exchange whilst nursing her father in hospital.

It would seem looking at the other reviews that other solicitors at the firm are incredibly good therefore I would simply say to avoid Jeremy Weller. Unhelpful, rude and simply lacking in knowledge. Completely outdated in terms of understanding and approach.
