Ordered a case over 4 months ago with the monopoly promotion, was told the lead time is longer for promotional items which is understandable. 11th November I was told the case would be processed in the next few days, 2 and a half months later am still no sign of case! I was debating purchasing a different case from them aswell, but will be going elsewhere.

Terrible communication, promotional item or not, service should be exactly the same, you are not providing a service. A great way to loose potential paying customers!

The website is easy to use and they have a wide variety of different cases/skins making it accessible for almost every device. My Macbook skin is still doing amazing months later without any scratches. Definitely recommend.

Easy website to create custom phone cases. They last throughout the year (I always get one every Xmas for the wife and keep previous ones as a timeline); despite how many times she drops it. Prices are fair. Good amount of checks to ensure that you are satisfied before purchasing. Will definitely be using again.

What a great company…. I’ve ordered from Wrappz several time, my last toughened case lasted me four years and the only reason I changed the case was because I upgrade the phone.
I found the website easy to get through. I found what I wanted instantly I placed the order on the Saturday evening and had the case by Thursday morning. Now that’s service.

The ordering process was quick and straightforward. The items were delivered faster than I expected. The result is just lovely.

I have gotten a phone case from Wrappz for quite a few years now, since I discovered them I haven't gotten one from anywhere else, I feel they are that good that it isn't worth considering alternatives, and they offer options for older phones too which is great, I never bother with the latest iPhone, always staying a few versions behind, so the fact that I can get a custom designed case for a phone of a few years old is very useful.
The only issue from memory I have had was with my previous phone case, that my review at the time didn't cover, due to faults appears sometime after, where parts of the case seemingly were just coming apart and breaking off, which has never happened before when no damage has been sustained to the case, it was seemingly rather brittle, like as if you were to overheat steel. But other than that one instance, I haven't had any other issues before, so I treated it as just a one off, and do believe they are well worth buying from, as I did with the case for this review, thank you.

I am really pleased with my personalised phone case. The image resolution was 100% and the case is very good quality. I will be ordering again!

I love my phone case a lot. The one thing I love is how the area around the camera is filled in with the design rather than making it obvious there is a camera. I have 3 phone cases from Wrappz and I will be ordering more.

Recently ordered an iPhone pro max case. The finished product is of exceptional quality. The image adaptation software is straightforward to use and delivers results that feel far more premium than the purchase price.

The product is everything I’d hoped for (better, actually) and the service and prompt delivery was excellent.
