I cancelled my subscription within one hour of signing up having completed just one search that returned absolutely no information.
When you sign up for the FREE TRIAL they take the first months subscription. I’ve requested a refund within there terms and conditions, but no response. I’ve been emailing Worthpoint everyday for a week, but no response at all.
Don’t go near this ROGUE PLATFORM.

The subscription created provided a free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. The service provides users access to the Price Guide, which contains digital research for books, sports memorabilia, art, and more.
Once the free trial is complete, a subscription is activated. The subscription associated with your account was activated on 3/5/21. It was billed monthly until its cancellation 5/7/21, when we received an email that requested an explanation of the charges on 5/6/21. We cancelled the monthly subscription and provided an explanation of the charges via email on 5/7/21. We received an additional inquiry on 10/15/21, and provided a one time refund via a call with our customer care team on 10/18/21. Great customer service! So I decided to add to my price guide…
So I decided to add to my price guide subscription and after a few months decided that I didn’t have time to realize the full potential of the add on. I decided that I would cancel the add on for now. True enough, I tried to make online contact without success so the other option was to place a phone call. I left my contact information including a description of my issue and was then assured of a call back. True to their word a lovely young lady resolved my problem. One of the best customer service experiences that I have had. Thank you for your professionalism!

free trial is a scam
I have been emailing multiple times with no response. I cancelled my subscription minutes after making it and I as charged when I signed up for the free trial only. No one has responded, I’m entitled to a refund I never want to visit that website again.

Worthpoint is worthless!…
I did the trial and realized I can’t buy on there. They keep trying to take money out of my cash app and I make sure it’s emptied but I’d like to use my card again one of these days. I have went on the site and canceled the way they wanted me too. I also sent email but to no avail. If this is a legit business and they’re making money why do they need to keep taking money from people who want to cancel? This is so wrong! Update 8-28-21 I they are still trying to take money out they just tried for three days in a row and I’ve emptied the account.

Scammers! Can’t cancel! Wallet Rapist!
So apparently the only way to cancel your subscription officially is to write a bad review on here and the customer service will reply to you apologize and then cancel!??? Well, I thought I cancelled my “free” subscription 10 months ago. Apparently not. And if you go to the terms of agreement that lists how to cancel- read and follow the directions, you still can’t cancel because the option is no longer in the drop list that was described. Still trying to figure this dumb thing out. Also hate that this is likely predatory for more elderly collectors who may be less tech savvy. Like why not just have integrity and make the damn site more accessible and intuitive? Scammers much?!

Marvel universe action figures lot. Scam or Truth?
So, I am a 14 year old and wants to complete my Marvel Universe collection since all the other websites seem sketchy, I went to Worthpoint. Their are two collections of the 3.75 inch Marvel Universe action figures. But it said the sold date is 2017. I'm writing this review because I'm wondering is it still available or is this a scam. Very Helpful
I was locked out of my account for trying too many times. I called and they were very helpful and got my password reset. I had just signed up a week ago and hadn’t been able to sign in. They refunded my money and resigned me up. I only use my account occasionally and cancel it between times when I need it. I can normally find what I’m looking for on Worthpoint.

I signed up today believing that I could get a price and purchase a vintage game from the eighties Videosmarts Teach Teddy unfortunately they were sold several years ago. This is misleading and deceitful. I am not able to find a phone number to call anyone to contest and cancel the subscription. I believe this is unethical.

I'm giving 1 star because I cant give 0. They dont really give a free trial and they will not give a hoot about refunds for the ongoing charges they place on your bank account. Its expensive and silently milks you for their fees. My suggestion, dont use this service. Rather, use ebay and opt to get completed sales to know what others have paid. If not that, then something else. RIP OFF.

Also highlighted in the email are cancellation options, subscription information, as well as our contact information. Your welcome email was sent on 8/19/20. The free trial concluded on 8/26/20, and the monthly subscriptions were initiated. They continued to bill each month until it was cancelled on 8/30/21.
We assume customers would like to continue with their subscription if there is no cancellation. However we provided a one month courtesy refund via a call with our customer care team on 8/30/21.

My husband passed away several years…
My husband passed away several years ago and left me with many collections. The first I had to categorize and price were miniature cars. I was able to do a complete inventory and with the help of looking up values on Worthpoint I was able to put together a sellable listing. Next was the model train collection. Worthpoint helped me with what to expect in pricing. If you are willing to spend the time, the searches and price guides are very helpful. squeezing the pennies out of you they can
Really really bad experience. For three months I have been trying to reach them via the mail(s) registered in order to first clarify how it was possible for me to have two accounts (yes with two different emails, but also being paid to the same creditcard which should raise some kind of alarm) - I asked them to cancel the one, but I got absolutely no response, and instead was charged for three times for both subscriptions, meaning 60$ x 3 for absolutely nothing. I have now finally managed to cancel them both by myself, but really a big SHAM, and can only recommend you all use the much better, and free, sites for evaluating your stuff

Both subscriptions were associated with the Value it option, which is 23.99 monthly. Once a subscription is created, an email confirming the registration is sent to the email address on file. The “Welcome to WorthPoint” email shares with the user the free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever is first, and the parameters of their subscription. The welcome emails were sent on 5/15/21 to the email axxxxxxx@gxxxx.com, and on 5/26/21 to axxxxxxr@xxxxxxx.dk. Subscribers can cancel at any time and there is no obligation to continue their access.

Not at all what I expected, don't be as gullible as I was.
They say free 7 day trial. After signing up you find out it is 7 days but only 7 lookups. The lookups were from 2014, 2011 etc. of no use to me. I tried to cancel online. Their directions to cancel online did not work so I opted to contact them via email and told them I wanted to cancel my trial. That didn't work so I finally called them. I am being refunded 1 month but since I expected that first charge to be reversed and I finally had to call to cancel I am out 1 month's fee of not even using my free 7. I think it is a scam hoping you are too busy to keep checking email etc. I should have called immediately, so I'm the sucker.
