Fast, signing up was simple, quick and easy. I probably should have come up with a better word because simple and easy are pretty much the same thing. ...and not cheaper with lesser coverage, cheaper with the same exact coverage. It's a relief to finally get my phone covered because it's only a matter of time before I drop it, and then the day is completely ruined - doubly so if I do not have insurance. actually triply so without insurance. I'm counting on triply being a word. It sounds weird. not sure if it's a word.

Policy update and add-on
A few days ago I updated my policy because we got new phones. I was told it would be easier to purchase a new policy online and it was! The customer service was excellent for what I did do over the phone and it's always nice to speak to someone who is not from an outsourced company in another country. I'm all for people working and making a living but not when they just speak my language and don't really comprehend what I need and can only read from a script. Worth Ave group has been excellent! Please keep up the great work!

I like the ease of purchasing a policy
I like the ease of purchasing a policy. I prefer the annual payments versus the month-to-month. Never had an issue with the Worth Ave group, and I have been a customer for some time and referred the Worth Ave Group to many. I recently referred the Worth Ave Group to a colleague who looks forward to purchasing a policy.
The only suggestion I would make is that bundling should be brought back.
