I had my doubts about this site at first then read a few bad reviews but after purchasing tickets & them arriving on time for face value I'd be more than happy to use the site again. Thanks again world ticket shop.

After being assured a number of times the seller was trusted. He met us less than an hour before the event started and gave us tickets worth £130 LESS than the tickets type we purchased. We paid for seating and got standing at the back. We were given less than £30 back per ticket by works ticket shop and told its buyer beware. DISGRACEFUL- it's illegal and disgusting and they weren't even shocked - didn't care and made no apologies

Ich habe 2 Karten für Andre Rieu in Frankfurt/M. bestellt. Kat.1 sie haben pro Stück 234,23 € gekostet. Ein wirklich stolzer Preis ! Ich wollte meinem Mann eine besondere Freude machen...nun als die Karten kamen, der weitere Schock : sie haben einen Wert von pro Stück 73,50€ !
Das Geld mußte ich ja direkt überweisen sonst wären die Karten nicht gekommen...also keine Rückgabe möglich. Diese ominöse Firma beruft sich darauf, dass es möglich sein kann, dass die Karten teurer sind als bei einem anderen Anbieter. Nun bei einem seriösen Anbieter hätte ich pro Stck 85,-- bezahlt.
Also unbedingt HÄNDE WEG !!!!!!!

wij hadden 7 kaarten voor pdc world darts in london, deel de mening dat de kaarten behoorlijk prijzig waren en het was best moeilijk om de kaarten gewoon hier in nederland te laten bezorgen, uiteindelijk zijn er toch 6 kaarten op mijn huisadres afgeleverd en 1 kaart in ons hotel in london. Eind goed al goed. Worldticketshop heeft er alles aan gedaan om alles goed te laten verlopen waarvoor dank

Obligé de réclamer car 2 mois après achat toujours pas de billets. Billets à télécharger alors qu'on vous demande de payer des frais d'envoi en recommandé. Billets nominatifs au nom d'une autre personne que vous (acheteur) car revente de billets revendus au double du prix d'origine. Demandes d'explications sur site Worldticketshop = réponses sans rapport avec les questions. Bref, j'estime que ce site est une vaste entreprise d'arnaque.
Obliged to protest because 2 months after purchase always no bills(tickets). Bills(tickets) to be downloaded while we ask you to pay forwarding charges by registered mail. Name specific bills(tickets) in the name of another person than you (buyer) because resale of bills(tickets) resold to the double(copy) of the price(prize) of origin. Demands(requests) of on-site explanations Worldticketshop = answers without any relationship with the questions. In brief, I consider that this site is a vast company of swindle.

Tickets beetje aan de dure kant maar toch goede service

I booked tickets for my husband for the PDC world dart championship 2016 through worldticketshop. I was very worried as after I booked the the tickets I read some very bad reviews. I emailed them a lot, checking my tickets would show up and they were genuine. Each time I got a reply within two days. Everything was fine. Tickets arrived 2 weeks before the event and the seats were great. The only negative thing I would say is that the tickets were very expensive compared to what you could pay booking direct. But all in all, great customer service and great tickets.

There are 12 lads going down to London from manchester on our Christmas do. We got an email on the day on the train down to say that they have cancelled the tickets and will refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..!!!

Inmiddels heb ik meerdere keren kaarten voor een evenement in het buitenland afgenomen. Tot nu toe is altijd alles exact volgens afspraak verlopen, en ook de tussentijdse berichtgeving is prima en accuraat. Voor mij is Worldticketschop een betrouwbare partner en voor mij de aangewezen partij om zaken mee te doen.

Bought 2 tickets for the Andre Rieu Concert next July & paid £264.15 for them. After a few chasing e-mails, received the tickets electronically to find they were valued at 80 euros each, equivalent to a maximum £60 each so I have paid £144 over their true value. When i questioned this with World Ticket Shop, i was informed that the price increases with the popularity of the show. However, Having discovered what a rip-off this site was, I logged on to the official Andre Rieu website to find that I would have paid the ticket price as shown plus a small admin fee had I purchased through them. Have learnt the expensive way to buy direct from official websites in the future!

Bought 2x tickets for 52 euros for gig in Utrecht and now get a call today to say why I haven't downloaded them and see they have charged me 128.22 euros. This is unacceptable Worldticketshop I want a full refund from you for ripping me off, I would never pay that amount of money for a gig, do you think the concert going people are made of money.

The tickets arrived in days, everything went okay. It felt good to order something without stress.

Bought 4 tickets for the grand Slam of Darts on 7/11/15. To cut a long story short they never arrived, having apparently been lost by UPS. Have received a refund but still out of pocket for the train and hotel costs. More to the point what should have been a great weekend which had been planned months in advance was ruined. Still not convinced the tickets ever existed. To be honest even if they had arrived I wouldn't recommend Worldticketshop: tickets were sent so ridiculously late that the preceding days were spoiled by worrying whether they would arrive in time. Avoid this company, especially if your trip involves additional travel or hotel costs.
