I’ve been ordering heartworm and flea control from this company for years. I still take my pets to the vet for exams and vaccines but this company sells medicine a lot cheaper than the vet. No problems ever but it does take up to a month sometimes for my items to arrive. I order in advance of when I need them. I love the coupon codes.

I've been ordering from them for years. They're not a scam. I get quality products I can trust for a great price. They send postcards with GREAT coupon codes. I made two orders within the last few months and saved $45 on each order. I was stocking up because right now, they're eating the tariff increases. Shipping was less than $7 and it comes packaged in a small box, right to my door. Couldn't be happier.
edit: The packaging is sometimes different than the US packaging. The european laws and packaging are different. It's still top quality and lots of times, far superior. The folks complaining about that are focused on the inconsequential minutia. Your loss. No prescription or testing necessary. It's great.

Just as 90% of folks here have also experienced, these people are total frauds operating a scam please do not waste your time, patience, money, and sanity on them. Ordered heart gard plus, paid for heart gard plus, received a generic low cost never heard of medication that cannot even be verified online. I took screenshots of everything and know what I ordered and it says in black and white. Never agreed to receiving a generic unknown brand when I am paying for heart gard plus. This is what this company does. Steal your money for a brand name then give you some low cost unknown generic medication, while you are paying for the brand name. After confronting these scam artists they will try their best to gaslight you saying you ordered the generic medication (saved screenshots prove otherwise) and it’s the same as the known brand. You will go back and forth, someone will supposedly contact you yet they never do. It is a fools game they will attempt to play with you. I wish I had read all of the reviews prior to ordering but I trusted the word of a family member. Never again will I make this mistake. I have involved my bank with this fraudulent company and scam transaction. Beware and do not order, this is fraud and wrong!

I ordered 1 thing January 1st 2025 this is February 9th and still haven't received it after calling several times and emails it was always being prossed after I told them I was going to my bank they sent a tracking number that disnt show anything until I emailed again . Over a month passed still not received, I will never buy from again

I have ordered here before. This last time I ordered from pet Express. I paid twice the amount for the exact product. I will always come back to World Pet Express. I get my order faster and pay half the money! Good job guys

Ordered Bravecto for four dogs and was hesitant having read the reviews. It arrived within two weeks and was exactly as ordered! Will definitely be using them again!

Ordered revolution meds. only to be sent a generic brand, would not accept return. Very shady business. Untrustworthy. Avoid

Led me to believe i was buying a brand name but gave me a generic gor beand name cost.

I would give them a 0 if able. I received generic brand flea medication when I paid for brand pricing. They’re claiming I picked generic when my email receipt says otherwise. There was also a printed note taped on the boxes stating that they’re unable to provide the name brand in general and they refuse to let me return the product. Don’t waste your money with them it’s all a scam and their customer service is terrible.

Multi-express.net is a big scammer. My 129.78 killed. Not payment. Every one not deposited this site

I recently ordered a very specific product (Revolution for Dogs) from this Company, PAID the full price of the product...they sent me a "Generic" brand that was NOT approved by ME, so I paid for this NAME BRAND at full price, and they sent something that is LESS than half the price, and I know NOTHING about. HORRIBLE Business practice, and when trying to resolve like adults, they refuse to do anything about scamming me. I want everyone to know they take your money for high price items and send junk-then refuse to work with you to fix it.

There are several pet medication overseas that I've had no issues with getting my order from. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. It's one excuse after another of why I haven't received my puppy's medications. It's been 7 weeks with back and forth with them. IT MUST BE A SCAM. KEEP LOOKING PEOPLE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I've been buying from them for several years. It does take about a month sometimes to get your order. I live in the U.S. so a recent order got stuck at the Canadian border (customs) - they track their shipments so when I called they were able to confirm it was delayed for that reason and it eventually came. But in the meantime they immediately shipped out another order for me at no extra charge. I order the Nuheart, which is the generic Heartguard (basically Ivermectin). I'm fine with generic medications as long at the expire dates are good and they have been on all the products I've received from them.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This place is a scam. Paid for revolution. Took forever to get a package and it was all generic and the customer service says ‘that is what you bought’ uh, no. I pasted my receipt to them TWICE- nothing about generic. And that’s all they came up with. Already filed a BBB complaint. Ppl should know. I should have stuck with Canada Vet. They never sent garbage, they were just out of the big multipacks….lesson learned.

Purchased my normal medication for my dog and placed a second order right after realizing they sold her other medication too. The first order I received but it was a generic brand and the second order I didn't receive at all. They claimed they sent the correct medication I ordered, but their website doesn't advertise generic brands and the listing even has the photo of the medication I wanted. I have no idea what is in the medication they sent me as there are no details about it online so I can not feed it to my dog. After numerous attempts with customer service, they refused to refund me even when I offered to sent it back unopened. Unfortunately, my patience ran out when I didn't receive the second order at all and a customer service rep again told me there was nothing they can do since it was shipped - I never received a tracking link or number. They also do not advertise their refund policy and claim on their website you can notify them within 30 days if you are not satisfied and they will do everything they can to make it right. So here I am now after filing a dispute with my bank to get back the hundreds I spent. Based on the online reviews, it seems numerous people have had these very same complaints recently and I wish I had done some more research before purchasing. I enjoy supporting great businesses and will always give a company the opportunity to make it right and they refused so they lost me as a customer.

I ordered a product a month ago and have received word the product is “back ordered” and they can not confirm a delivery date although I’ve ordered and paid in good faith they’re selling products they don’t have and no flag on the product as to not being in stock when ordering
Customer service is in the Philippines surprise surprise … 3 calls to customer service with the result of 3 different delivery dates (all lies)
As a paying customer I expect to get delivery of my purchases in a timely fashion and this experience fro me personally constitutes theft DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Not sure how this place is Google's top search result, but I think Google needs to correct their algorithm. Total scam artist and filed a compliant with the BBB...surprised they are actually still operating a business. The absolute worst customer service in the world. You can't process an order for what??? A reputable establishment has no problem sending you a product that you paid for...because they want repeat business. Why are scammers so dumb and shortsighted.

Slow delivery (11 days) but product was correct, with excellent expiration date. Packaging also excellent.

Here's wishing I had run across these reviews before purchasing and becoming another on the growing list of very dissatisfied customers.

I was sent the wrong product and I was told that they would review of my problem. Received a cursory "not our fault" type of email response and and ZERO customer service problem solving. They didn't offer to receive a return or send coupon to offset the added cost to make it right with the customer. BAM! I AM OUT $100.

Best advice: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIECES OF GARBAGE.

Horrible!! Sent 1/2 the order - it was the wrong product - 2 months later waiting on refund still.... everytime I call they want me to send a new picture.

They are thieves.... they stole my money!!! AND my time.
