The pullover I ordered was soft and a good fit. The sizing instructions are helpful and correct as are the washing instructions. The colour was as described. There is a huge choice of colours and types of garment. It was surprisingly warm considering it's sheerness. Overall I am happy with my pullover and will be ordering more products in the future.

To date, I have ordered ten articles from Woolovers in the space of three months. I bought for myself, my husband and for a brother in Japan.
We have a mild winter here in Western Australia, very much like a very cool Spring in either England and the USA. But we can have below 0 on some days, too. The jumpers, vests and scarves from Woolovers have helped in keeping us comfortably warm through fluctuating temperatures. Of a high quality, Woolovers products are both stylish and functional.

Delivery was quick but I regret to say that both jumpers pilled all over, I was very disappointed.

I loved the 4 items I bought and they Arrived in Australia quickly. The marine green, french navy, and cream suit my "spring" colouring perfectly, I found the quality very good. I am an Aussie size 10, the V neck cardigans I bought on size S are very snug, a bit too tight, the french navy & cream jumpers are a loose fit and are a great fit and slouchy in the S. I would highly recommend the site, especially if you are looking for particular colours.

Choice is easy and varied. Correct sizing is always problematic with cold online purchases, and it turned out well. The sizing details for the purchased type could be used as a default prompt in any future purchases to make things easier next time.

The order and delivery process was easy, but I regret to say both my cardigans that I bought rubbed and pilled in clumps after the first use.

On the whole, I found ordering my woollens from this Company, a positive experience. The only query I had was how to return garment to be exchanged, from Australia to UK, as they're in transition regards this process. I didn't find the instructions on the website to be as apparent and easy to find as they should be. Other than that, I will use this service again.

Given the way the website works with photos, colours, sizing and advice, I don't understand how some people get it so wrong. Australia is a long way from England, not the company's fault how long it takes to get here. the jumper I ordered took two and a half weeks to get to me; that's fine. fitted perfectly, beaut quality and feel, and excellent value. Doesn't get any better than that!

Fast delivery- 8 days from order to delivery in Australia. Good quality woolen product, size is a little smaller than the description, washes well. Would buy again in a size larger than usual.

The products are very good but the delivery time is ridiculously long. It takes more than a month to receive the product. This request for a review was sent to me almost three weeks after ordering and the product still has not arrived. So this company still has a lot of work to do on their delivery.

I was overcharged because of a glitch & called the freecall number at a cost me on mobile! I was asked to pay over the phone - this means providing your CVV in a non-secure environment - a big no no if you want the protection of an encrypted sale...I pushed on with an assurance I would be given a credit & I was - against a full order the system was unable to cancel & an overcharge so I had to wait to be refunded $177 & $17.00 - it was refunded but I had to wait....The jumpers arrived. But they did not reasemble the marketing for the black slinky polos lambs wool/cashmere & a lambs wool man's zip from jumper - all smelled like chemicals & were course - compared with ie UniQlo (Japanese brand now in Australian malls) - similar price point but very high quality. All are grossly smaller than the sizing description on the WoolOver website. I'm very unimpressed - they feel cheap, smell cheap & are inaccurately described. I plan to return them & do not feel confident that process will be smooth sailing...one was gifted for Mothers Day (late!!!) & I am just waiting to see how laundering the jumper will go. I never take these sort of experiences personally - I really feel bad experiences are about the company & shouldn't be personalised to unwitting customer. Until my money is refunded I will feel ripped off & will feel that my time has been wasted - not to mention people missing out on planned gifts - I just couldn't gift these course, undersized, smelly jumpers & I think I am quite a reasonable person.

Ordered from Australia and found the process smoother and faster than some local stores! Will definitely be purchasing again and quality of garments was really good and very affordable - even with international freight. They were very quick to process - can't fault it. I ordered a lovely grey jumper. Great fit. Placed order 1 May and it arrived in Australia yesterday 19th. Beautiful quality and fit. The description made selecting the right size easy. Thank you. Very happy with my Woolover experience.

Ordering was very easy. The range was excellent and the colors accurate. I am a size 16 and ordered size L which is exactly right. Paying was secure and fast. Delivery took just over a week. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended for great quality fine wool.

Delivery etc to Australia was good, but sizing is very hot and miss. The unisex is enormous and the other grandad sweaters I bought (whilst the fabric are lovely) they are both very short in the body. Disappointed.

My jumper arrived super quick from the U.K. to Australia. I am very happy with the quality and colour and sizing. I did order a unisex jumper and was advised in the description that the sizing was large, so I ordered accordingly and am very happy with the fit. I always appreciate a FULL description and sizing help with an item of clothing, because as sometimes happens, sizes vary depending on the style (and country).

I have placed three orders with Woolovers two of which have been delivered within the stated 10 working days.(I am still awaiting the third that is not due til next week. I think that this is reasonable considering that they have to go to Australia. The products are beautiful and well worth the wait. My only criticism is the length of time it takes to process refunds for products that are not suitable. I have been waiting for two weeks now for a refund from my first order for two tops that were too good ( they were too heavy for my wife to wear for any length of time). Woolovers have worked out a very cost effective way of returning products but really need to back this up with an efficient and effective way to handle refunds. At this point in time I am over two hundred dollars out of pocket.

Love this lovely warm jumper. Normally buy medium but due to it being unisex bought small and fits perfectly. Very happy with the quality.
