5 star service from start to finish. We drove up on a Saturday pm to see him from north Wales and he made sure he was there to see us. The gazebo was delivered on time and was so well pre made couldn't fault a thing. Easy to follow procedures and every part fitted exactly as it should. Gregg was even on hand at the of the phone with a few queries when fitting the shingles. Would have no hesitation in recommending the gazebos and the fantastic service.

Great experiance, I must have been the most unconventional customer as the patio for our Hot tub is not a perfect rectangle, however Greg designed the perfect Gazebo to go over our hot tub. Due to my work commitment we decided to build it ourselves, and all the instructions arrived by email with photos. I have never built anything like this before, so was a bit aprehensive. The instructions arrived and I glanced over them which was a big mistake by myself, it does say to read them fully, so we started to build it, everything was numbered and lined up and really easy, just heavy for me and the wife to lift, but we got assembled. Had a few questions for Greg, so I woulod email him, sit down have a coffee, read the instructions and then it all became clear, so read the instructions first.
The actual Gazebo is amazing, its heavy, sturdy and looks great. The neighbours are also well impressed with it. SInce building this one, I would love to build another, now I know the things to do, so hopefully one of the neighbours will purchase one.

We were pondering over making a purchase of a new gazebo, are search eventually took us to Woodmines, and after a couple of conversations with Gregg we knew we had found the right company as we only have a small area (back yard!!) we explained this to Gregg and following his advice we ended up with five uprights allowing for an overhang on one corner. When it was delivered following the instructions erecting was straightforward, it took me a week at my own pace and being rained off to put up mostly on my own, I will just add that I've no real woodworking skills (or tools) and I'm seventy two years old. We now can't wait for warmer evenings to make use of it. Everyone who has seen it say how good it looks (and can't believe that I done it!!).

Good solid product, workmanship, and service... Feels like you are getting a much better deal for you money than other custom builders, and way way better than the diy chains offerings..
