Tom and Max arrived promptly at the agreed time to assemble and install 2 ceiling fans both sourced from abroad. They were friendly, polite and took the trouble to make recommendations that they felt would make both products safer according to UK standards. They consulted at each stage and made sure that we each understood how the remote controls worked. At the end of the job they offered to take away all the packaging and left the rooms vacuumed and tidy. Both were great ambassadors for Woodhouse Plumbing Heating and Electrical. N & W Parker

Great service from Ashley. He arrived on time, had awareness of the job, walked through with me what needed to be done and got on with it! First fix for our kitchen complete in a timely, structured and tidy way.

Only positive things to say about this very professional company, the owner and the whole team are fantastic.
I have had 2 real emergencies with water leaking through ceilings , first one many years ago and the owner came out at night ! and one yesterday which was sorted within hours. They do all my plumbing work at home and warehouse and also did a superb solar installation on our warehouse in Denton.

Amazing service today from Alex and Matty sorting out our central heating service and the bathroom leak! What polite, lovely people they were too. Great that Woodhouses can come out so quickly and so far having had them out to us twice I think they are brilliant. Will definitely be using them again for our upcoming work.

We have recently had a solar / battery…
We have recently had a solar / battery & EV charger installed. We have had a great experience dealing with Woodhouse on this side of their business.
We cannot praise enough, all the staff we came into contact with for being polite, understanding, and very professional, making interactions pleasant and productive.
The great customer service, started with Lauran, being helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Alex came out and conducted a site survey during which he provided clear explanations and solutions.
Having decided to go ahead with the project , the installation, was managed by Alex and carried out by Thomas, Robert and Max. They knew exactly what they were doing working efficiently and professionally -despite having to work in full sun and high temperatures!
Although the installation itself only took a few days to complete, it was a pleasure having the team working on our home.
We have had some electrical work done by Woodhouse in the past but not on this scale and we were not disappointed. 😊

Totally professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Woodhouse have just finished removing our old boiler and fitting a new one for us. Because of the need to remove all the old equipment in the loft and relocate the new boiler the job took three full days.
Most of the work was carried out by engineers Dan and Brad in what can only be described as tropical conditions due to the recent heatwave. They were totally professional and two of the nicest lads that you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Despite the conditions they got on with the job with the minimum of inconvenience to us, always ensuring that everywhere was left tidy and that we still had a water supply at the end of each day.
Although most of the onsite work was carried out by Dan and Brad it would be unfair not to mention the other members of the Woodhouse team who ensured that everything went smoothly.
Layla the Sales Administrator, Adam the Plumbing and Heating Manager and Engineer Jack and the Electrical Manager whose name we can’t remember (sorry) who carried out the final commissioning of our new boiler.
A great team and a pleasure to deal with.
