I'm absolutely disgusted in this casino there customer service agent Kathy told me she had given me free spins as a good will gesture on book of dead then went back on her word and said she made a mistake and took them off me then deleted the messages so I didn't have the proof wow that's appalling customer service I just deposited 30 pound as was promise 65 free spins aswell to be told they dnt start till new year well why have them on there then it's so wrong they should not be allowed to treat people this way

Appalling customer service! Had my account suspended randomly and they can’t tell me why! I’ve sent I’d and verification off to prove who I am! One of their staff suggested a VPN and I’ve never used one! Waited days and still no answer from them! It’s ironic when you win big they “randomly” suspend your account! Still waiting for a response from then.

Well I made three small deposits and won £400. Received the payment within 24hrs. Just withdrew another 450 and waiting for it to hit the bank. So fingers crossed it’s going to come through with no issues

Honestly, I would listen to the reviews on this website. I did not and am now paying the price, please listen to the emails this is essentially appears to be government regulated scam and they will close/suspend your account without reason I agree with the other poor reviews on this site and would highly advise if you are considering using this website to use another one. They requested age verification (bare in mind I have withdrawn previously without issue, now I am trying to withdraw again they requested age verification) which I was in the process of completing, then received another email advising my account was closed (which I believe they would have done regardless after information was sent from what I gather from other people here) so now I am unable to log in to send my age verification details and receive my withdrawal money.Please please listen to these reviews and stay away from this site

By far the worst online casino I have ever been on. Any excuse not to pay out , email links that don't work, they suggested that it's my computer that's at fault. They rejected documents that are perfectly OK for any other casino and stall as much as humanly possible to not pay out. I can't believe they still have a gaming licence. Certain wins don't even get credited to your balance.

Allowed me to deposit but wouldn't let me play. I went to live chat who said I can't play unless I hand in bank statements to prove I have a stable income. Account was restricted without me spending a penny of my deposit. I have asked for my deposit back and they want to charge me £2.50. Now they wont process withdrawal as they want extensive ID. I have now opened a complaint. Will update.

they will literally wait for you till you win block your account for about a week and state some bullcrap about how youve gone against there terms of service and terminate your money/withdrawal request i lost 1500pounds which i won from a 30£ deposit finally found out today that somehow i breached there terms and conditions refunded the 30 pound and revoked my winnings. I've deposited a few times and not won anything but won 198 pound which I then went to withdraw only to have a message 12 hours after requesting withdrawal saying that my account was suspended!! I've tried to contact anyone but nothing! How are they able to do this ? As I can see now that this is a regular occurrence? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and deposit here I've played on lots of different sites and this has never happened to me so disappointed

I usually read reviews before depositing on any casino but I didn’t for Wombat Casino, if I did I never would have played here due to all the negative reviews.

I can only speak from my experience of the site and it was great! I got a huge £800+ win from a £1 bonus and I withdrew it and it hit my bank within 48hrs. Very quick and professional site.

I wagered using a bonus. I was doing quite well and had £125 in my bonus account. Suddenly it flashed up that I was now playing with real money and went down to £6. I contacted support who told me 3 different stories finally saying that once wageing requirements are meant your account is credited with £10 but you lose your bonus money. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Very pleased, I was worried after reading all negative reviews but my experience was fine.

Won 1450 and they asked for all my I’d through email sent it all over 3 days later they blocked my account saying they couldn’t tell me why but it was the managers choice to do so ?

Absolutely terrible casino!

I was on the black jack table when out of nowhere my credit dispersed. I had £120 credit and now my balance shows minus £40!!! I've tried and tried to get a response but they keep saying it's under investigation... apart from the obvious argument of taking money which isn't there's I am shocked by the customer service. 3rd day without a email of when i will receive my money... should of looked up this site before opening account

I have played on the site a couple of times, I lost a decent amount the first time and then Ive literally won nearly 3k recently. However, after been asked to verify my ID with all the different documents they wanted.I received 2 emails, one saying documents approved and the second saying they were cancelling all services and my account with immediate effect.

Ive used the online chat to try and find out whats happened. All I got told was that its management's decision and given me no reasons why. More worryingly there's no mention of my money other than its being reviewed. When I lost they had my money within 2 days and now Ive won im waiting over 4 days so far...

Not the best customer experience as you feel punished for getting a win.
