Delivery was next day. I did have an issue with paying via the emails but this was rectified with one phone call . Lovely staff who are more then pleased to help

The delivery was prompt
The delivery was prompt, and all requested items were delivered.
The only thing I would like to mention is the invoices were sent with the delivery note instead of sending the invoices to e by email. As some of the deliveries were at different site of our surgeries we sometime don't get the invoices till late or goes missing. We will appreciate if the invoices gets email to us for all sites
orders.

I placed an order and submitted an instant payment for it to be automatically cancelled by Williams!
My telephone calls were picked up by an answering service or were added to a queue only to be disconnected!
Initially my emails were unanswered, further to correspondence from me threatening a dispute through the bank I received a reply assuring my refund was being processed!
Even more worryingly I was sent a screenshot of the refund being processed (inaccurate information on the screenshot)
Needless to say I am still waiting for my money back!
I have raised a dispute with the bank and have reported this as fraud!
My next steps will be to contact the police and initiate a criminal investigation!
I would urge everyone who has been a victim of this company to do the same, or please contact me!
This is clearly theft and deception and I refuse to allow Williams to get away with this!!

In relation to the submission of a professional Pin Number i did provide you with my registration details when i submitted my order!
You cancelled this order without notification and also held onto my funds.
At the point at which you cancelled my order payment should not have been taken, given there was no transaction.
Your endless list of negative reviews are testimony to your unethical approach to customer care!
Take some responsibility and learn from the poor feedback you are receiving from so many unhappy customers!

Hi Adele,
After further investigation I can confirm that we managed to track your order transaction details and our findings are as follows.
Your order was not processed due to it containing pharmaceutical items. Our systems show that you were prompted with a request for information at checkout stage. You were specifically asked to provide us with the relevant documentation to include either a GMC,NMC or HCPC number, none were provided and this stopped the order from processing to a dispatch point.
I note you spoke with one of our Team Leaders here at Williams and she confirmed that your refund had been actioned on the 28th of January and that this would take 3-5 working days to enter your bank account. I can also confirm that this refund was actioned by our accounts team on that day.
Please contact your bank and provide them with transaction reference number that you were given by our Team leader and they will be able to check this for you.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by you missing this online information.
