No contestan a los emails y el tracking de los pedidos no funciona. Tampoco proporcionan un teléfono para poderse en contacto.

Nuestro pedido, después de una semana, no sabemos ni donde está ni Wituka responde.
He elevado el problema por Paypal. Tampoco han reaccionado después de tres días.

Mejor tienda online, gran marketing y atención al cliente

Estoy muy contento con el pedido ya que las camisetas quedan muy bien. Hubo un problema con el reparto ya que la empresa de mensajería no me entregó el pedido y lo han solventado de manera muy eficaz, realizando envío urgente con otra empresa diferente. 100% recomendable.

Mooie shirts!
Goede pasvorm van de shirts. Één shirt had een beschadiging. Dat is snel en heel netjes afgehandeld.

Nice designs, good quality T-shirts and sweatshirts (did not try the other items yet). Fast delivery, especially when taking into account it was sent from Spain to the Netherlands. Love that they also truly care about the environment. When one T-shirt was delivered in the wrong size, the service to resolve this issue was excellent, while also considering the environmental impact.
I can highly recommend to buy T-shirts and sweatshirts here!

Si se tratase de comprar la ropa y llegase bien, pondría 5 estrellas sin duda. En mi experiencia es ropa de una calidad aceptable a buen precio con diseños chulos.

El problema es la página web y la política de devoluciones.

Pedimos una sudadera talla S y, como era muy pequeña, quisimos un cambio de talla. La primera en la frente: nosotros teníamos que pagar el envío de vuelta. La segunda: cuando llegó no nos avisaron y, encima, con excusas de tipo "ah, pues nosotros mandamos el email, no habrá llegado". 9€ nos costó el envío de vuelta certificado.

Supuestamente nos iban a dar un vale que nos descontaría el importe de la sudadera y los gastos de envío en el nuevo pedido. Cuando fuimos a hacerlo, solo nos descontaba la sudadera, por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con ellos. Nos dijeron que hiciéramos el pedido, que ya nos devolverían los gastos de envío, o que nos devolvían todo el dinero.

A estas alturas no me parece fiable esta opción, así que les contacté (de nuevo) para que me diesen un vale correcto. Y aquí vino la mayor desfachatez: hicieron un copia pega del correo anterior. Sé que suena surrealista, pero este nivel de poca atención al cliente ni me lo imaginaba. Y aún estoy esperando la devolución del dinero.

En resumen: podría ser una empresa con un gran servicio, pero por culpa de una atención al cliente nefasta, no pienso volver a comprarles, ni aunque me devuelvan el dinero.

Shirts were delivered 4 days after my order. Quality seems to be very good, size L fits perfectly for 5‘11 (180cm) and 185 lbs (84kg). Can‘t understand these negative reviews at all. Definitely not my last order…

Saw a shirt in the Amsterdam store that I really loved. I was quickly told it's out of stock in the store and that was the end of that, I really felt like the store worker just wanted me to leave. I had to find out myself I could just order it online. The store was also one big mess, with all non-display shirts piled up on the planks like a teenagers laundry pile. So I wouldn't speak too well of that.

But I did order online, and the process was minimum but fine. Got the shirt twice for free shipping and because I often ruin white shirts. I got a confirmation mail and a shipping one, and the website said I could track with order number which worked a day later. Tracking only worked once the parcel hit Germany, and it stopped after it left that country after which is was only trackable due to the Dutch DHL mailing me about an upcoming parcel. Overal shipping time was pretty decent considering it came from Spain. Also, the paper bag with shirts came in a plastic shipping bag similar to those often used for AliExpress shipments. If they're so caring for the environment as they claim, why not use a small paper box instead?

The shirts is fine. Nothing special quality wise but nothing negative to say about it either. Print looks crisp, and the print was my main reason to buy it. Cut is a bit odd. The shirts are their new sizing and where I normally wear an S or M size, I now had to order XS for it to fit well. But at least that is what's written in the sizing chart, so be sure to check that cm-sizing over whatever your regular convection sizing is.

Overall it's just fine/average, but for the price it's quite well as the shirts where less than 15 euro. I wouldn't go out of my way to get something from here, but I wouldn't avoid it if they happen to have something I like either.

Great shirts!
I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt and both are great. It took two orders thought as the size of the t-shirt that fits me is an M while the sweatshirt had to be an L. That's just a small annoyance and the quality so far is great and I love both my shirts!

Bad socks.
I've seen it come up in some other reviews as well and I can only confirm that the socks aren't sized properly. The length is fine but they need quite a bit more width, especially around the ankle. I got 2 pairs and unfortunately I can't wear either because I can't put them on without tearing them, which is sad.

Average process.
The return process is, in my opinion, a bit disappointing. It's awesome that they offer to split the shipping costs if you return an item to swap it for another. If you just return an item for a refund, however, the shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. This isn't so much of a problem, but there is also no way to formally request a return of your order as far as I can tell. If you want to return an item, you just send it back to them with instructions on the printed order overview that was included with the order. This makes the return process feel a bit clumsy and unprofessional.

Overall still a great experience with some points for improvement. Except for the socks, avoid the socks unless you have extremely slim feet.
