Honestly
Honestly, this used to be my go-to shop. I’ve spent years buying skins and tips from them without issue, but this latest experience has totally put me off.
I ordered 2 boxes of wide RAW tips (the only ones I use), and instead, they sent me 1 box of pre-rolled RAW tips I didn’t ask for. Fair enough, mistakes happen… I contacted them straight away, got a return slip, and sent the wrong box back nearly 2 weeks ago.
Since then? Nothing. No replacement, no refund, no communication. Meanwhile, I’m literally down to my last 20 strips 😂 At this point I’d be happy with just 1 box and taking the loss, but even that seems unlikely.
After years of loyalty, I won’t be back. If this is how they handle long-term customers, they can keep it.
