Best mattress we have ever had!
The quality of the mattress is exceptional and it provides remarkable comfort. We chose the firm spring support, which is perfect for us. I have not been disturbed by my partners movements. It is by far the best mattress we have ever slept on.

Beautiful luxury mattress and excellent service .
We had a great experience with Winstons Beds, from the moment we first ordered our luxury mattress. It arrived looking absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, we found it to be too firm for our liking.
Fortunately, they quickly and without any hassle invoked our 100-night trial, and they provided us with a new mattress at no additional cost.
We were impressed with the level of customer service we received, and the process of exchanging the old mattress and receiving the new one was seamless. The new mattress is fantastic, it offers the right amount of support we need and has a soft, comfortable feel.
We have been using it for a while now and have found that we never feel too hot or too cold, which is a huge plus.
We are extremely pleased and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress and excellent customer service.

Professional and tailored approach
My partner, who has fibro myalgia, had been experiencing back pain with a previous mattress and so we contacted Winstons looking for something more tailored to her.

I bought my Winstons mattress in…
I bought my Winstons mattress in November 2022 after speaking with a lovely gentleman named Reese. I explained to him that I suffered from terrible night sweats, as well as back and hip pain, and was in search of the best mattress they had to offer. After a lengthy discussion, we decided on the Duke mattress, which Reese explained would be best suited for me due to its medium soft feel. And by gosh, was he right! Since the first night sleeping on my new mattress, I have not experienced any back or hip pain, and the mattress has indeed regulated my body temperature, just as promised.
Reese explained that the tufts on the mattress are hand tied with twine and felt washers, which makes the bumps feel soft. This is in contrast to my old mattress, which had standard plastic tufts that Reese had explained would make my hip pain worse, which is why he advised the Duke with its tufts hand tied with twine.
Thank you so much for the excellent service. I absolutely love my new mattress!
