Brought wingmirror on 26th December for dispatch on 27th, when item didn't arrive I rang the company to be told item wasn't in stock and was on order for delivery on 2nd February. Request refund, filled out online refund for m, company confirmed receipt of form and was told it would take 10 days for
refund. The customer service at this company is appalling, I rang them on numerous occasions, each time they confirmed that my refund was being processed, after 55 days and no still no refund, I enquired again to be told refund couldn't be processed as I had not filled in the online refund request form, even though the company had on 6 occasions told me they had recieved it on 6th January. I have now claimed and been refund via my credit card company. The staff have no customer service skills, Josh(manager) wouldn't talk to me, David and Jake were unhelpful.

Ordered Peugeot boxer wing mirror for a customer on the 13th of December 2024. Was told first week of Jan arrival.
This never happened. After 2 more weeks of waiting, phone calls and false promises. I filled out CANCEL ORDER ONLINE. Still to this day I have not received a refund. Again I’m told 7 working days, 10 working days for refund.
We are well outside that period. All someone has to do is initiate a refund and non of this would be necessary. Also for anyone looking for wing mirrors, GSF were much cheaper than this company.

Bought a wing mirror from this company and the website worked well until it arrived. Wrong mirror and wrong side of my van. I called this company numerous times who said I had to make an account to process my return. Ok fine; made an account and followed return instructions. No free post label and the return claim kept disappearing. Called up numerous times again with no help. A member of my staff accidentally through out the box it came in and they told me that I would be charged for a box too. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL OUTFIT to deal with. I fortunately managed to get the money back through a chargeback via my bank. If Monzo didn’t offer this I am 100% sure I would have lost my money.

I purchased 2 wing mirror indicators with Royal Mail tracked 24hr delivery on 23rd December. Whilst I understand this was at Christmas time so there would be postage delays, I was hoping they would arrive before new year due to my MOT retest. When the items did not arrive, I contacted the team to find out what was happening on 3rd January 2025. I was advised that the items I had purchased were out of stock in the UK and had to be imported which would take 2 weeks (this was not emailed to me prior to the call).

I requested a cancellation so that I could get them elsewhere as I could not wait that long and was advised to complete the online cancellation form. I completed this on 3rd January. I then received an email on 7th January stating that the cancellation request had been accepted and I would receive a refund within 28 days.

I had to phone for an update on this three times with no resolution, being told the admin staff were not available to provide an update and I would receive an email (that never came).

I do not understand why I was even able to make the order with express delivery if the stock was not available, why I was not informed of this sooner, or why the cancellation/ refund process has been so lengthly. 28 days is ridiculous anyway and then to go over that and to have to reach out multiple times to try and get an answer is even more unprofessional of this company. The staff member who finally processed the refund was not at all apologetic and a bit rude. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Said mirror assy. was in stock - week later in paint shop then no response. Learnt that it wasn't in stock after all (surprise surprise)
Three weeks on and no mirror - they were supposed to send me a link for a refund so now making a chargeback claim on my card.
Total waste of time - avoid

Avoid at all costs.
Still chasing a refund after weeks. No communication and no parts ever sent out in the first place.

I am in disbelief of how poorly and unprofessional my dealings with this company have been since placing the order.

Ordered part over two weeks ago, appear to have lost it as it never got sent out. Called at least 10 times only to be messed about and not able to speak with a manager of any sorts to get it replaced or cancelled. No-one ever returned my calls or emails.

One star is too many. Shambolic, unhelpful, lying bunch of numpties. David is most unhelpful, Jake tried to help but was clueless and Josh was downright obnoxious and rude. His attitude wouldn't last 5 minutes in a professional organisation.

Wing mirror cover ordered 6 December. Wrong part arrived. No apologies. We returned it and was told the replacement would arrive in two weeks' time. Constant lies, conflicting information from David and Jake, no communication regarding updates. We followed the correct procedure for cancellation on the 28 January. No communication received regarding this. Order received 10 February, after we had ordered and received a replacement in good time.

The Ombudsman should investigate this tinpot set up as this isn't a company, just a few clowns fleecing the public. Avoid at all costs!!

When it will be bk in stock they take youre money off u then then when u cancel youre order coz you are sick of waiting they a percent of youre money off u they need reported to trading standards AVOID THIS COMPANY

Communication - terrible. No stars if I could.

Zero Communication or Delivery.

I have chased for my parts on multiple occasions. The delivery date is constantly being changed. Paid for 48 hour delivery and the company will not refund the delivery cost. The company are completely ignoring all communication from me now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
A bunch of scammers who will take your money and never deliver the parts.

I am not surprised to see that Wing Mirror Man has such a low star rating on Trustpilot. My own experience:
Communication with customers about delays in the order are non existent.
Numerous requests for an update are ignored.
I spoke to two members of staff. The first could offer no exact date for when my order would be completed (I’d been waiting over two weeks by then).
The second was extremely rude and condescending, to the point that I decided I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer services, ordered a wing mirror in November, was told it was in stock, 2 weeks later still no mirror to be told on back order.
Asked to cancel order, did what was asked through the website, no correspondence then in January 2025 they send me the mirror.
Phoned up again!!!! was told to reject the order which we did, as of today 28/1/2025 I'm still chasing for my money back, next step is Small Claims Court.
Go elsewhere for your mirrors people.

Ordered back in July 2024, part was delayed for a month, cancelled the order how they told me to do so, got confirmation that it was cancelled then received the wing mirror in December.

Returned it with confirmation they received it and never got my refund to date.

I recommend contacting your bank to request a dispute claim for your money back

Surprised at the negative reviews. I needed a replacement wing mirror for my picasso. Genuine part was about £450 on back order from dealers. These people supplied a fit/form/function copy for half that including colour match painting. The four star rating is purely because they took nearly two weeks. However , it is now fitted and working fine.

Dreadful! Ordered weeks ago, was told it would be sent in the 10th or 13th January …… those dates came and went! I chased to be sold it’s not in stock. I requested a refund but was told I would need too request online. Request sent and ignored. Went elsewhere and the mirror arrived the next day.

Disappointed as have been great in the past.

Small claims court will be my next step.

Wrong mirror glass received for Vauxhall Astra H (MK5). I checked that it fitted a 2010 reg. and they sent me a 04-08 model one. No email response.

I read the other reviews and panicked - called my bank, asked them to reject the payment; they said it was too late.

So I called Wing Mirror Man and spoke to someone there who assured me that they had my order and it was due to go to painting.

Within the hour, I had confirmation of this. Within another 24hrs it was completed and dispatched.

This company is not a con - they provided me with a fantastic service. The package arrived well prepared and the wing mirror was exactly the right type and colour. I couldn’t have had a better service.

Some will say this is fake - if I could share photographs I would. If you have problems, just call them up. They’re all human beings trying to provide the best service they can. Sometimes it won’t always happen - for me it did

Very poor experience - Ordered a wing mirror 2 months ago. Had no pro-active communication from the company. When i chased them I was told it could be another month. Filled in the cancellation form but there was no acknowledgement. No answer in the live chat today.

Well I can understand that some people may have had problems but I can only report that my experience was flawless and very positive the ordered part arrived in good time and in perfect condition the paint job was excellent I can only say I would recommend them
